Pros:

チェックインの際に支払いができる。帰りはKeyをBOXに入れるだけで良いのでスムーズだった。

Cons:

椅子に背もたれが無かった、ハンドソープが無い
ドライヤー小さすぎ、コンセントの場所が悪いし少ない。フロント受付が2名でかなり並んだ。

駅から近く清潔で良かった。
チェックアウトが11時って良い！朝市行ってから、お土産買ってと余裕があった。

Cons:

無料のドリンクがあったが、利用する方が多く、クリームが無かったりと補充されておらず待たなければならなかった。
お風呂が思いの他狭く使いづらかった。
荷物を預かって貰えるのはポイントが高いが、ポイっと乱暴に置かれたのが嫌だった。割れ物入っていたのに。
何とか税は理解できるが、結局いくらなんって思った。凄くぼったくられた気分になった。わかりにくい。

地點還可以 ，但是房間超極小，沒有床頭（直接是牆）兩人入住只有兩顆枕頭真的很糟糕，很難聯想到是跟大飯店同一個系列的，床超小而且離地板很近（很低） 超不舒服，很不喜歡這裏。

Pros:

We stayed at Four Points Flex for two nights and ran into a problem getting back into our room, which was entirely our own fault. We had hung the shoehorn on the door guard, and when the door closed behind us, its weight caused the guard to swing shut, locking us out with the door only able to open a few centimeters.

The staff made a lot of effort to help us get back in, but unfortunately they didn’t have the right tools to solve the problem that evening. I’d especially like to thank the young male staff member who kept trying to open the door himself until past midnight. His dedication really meant a lot to us.

The hotel moved us to another room (for a 2,200 JPY room-change fee), and the next morning the staff were finally able to open our original room.

A tip for future guests: don’t hang the shoehorn on the door guard when you leave the room. It looks harmless, but it can lock the guard from the inside and leave you stuck outside.

Cons:

One thing to note: the bed is only about 120 cm wide, which may feel a bit narrow, especially for two people.
