Pros:

The staff are professional and friendly, the room was very clean, and the location is convenient. There's a supermarket nearby (but it might not appear in Google Maps).

Cons:

Even by Japan standards, the bathroom was very small. Also, as with the other Four Points Flex hotels that I stayed at in Japan, the TV is tiny and it can't be adjusted; if you're in bed, it's not in your line of sight. Who made this design decision?

JR函館駅近でコスパ良く素泊まり
Pros:

JR函館駅近でロケーションが良い。
建物が新しく部屋も清潔。
宿泊費も良心的。
素泊まりで一泊～二泊なら十分。ビジネス利用で寝るためだけなら更に勧める。
ウェルカムドリンクで飲んだコーヒーは、コンビニにあるようなコーヒーマシンで淹れられ～ボタンを押したらロースト豆を挽いてドリップするタイプで、美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋（シングル）が狭小でバスタブも小さい。ゆったり休めるほどの広さはない。
ユニットバスの排水が（、詰まりはしなかったが）悪かった。
部屋に時計（この手のビジネスホテルに良くあるベッド頭上に埋め込みのデジタル式、みたいな）がなかった。目覚ましアラームは自前のスマホで・・・。
部屋の窓（8F、東南東向き）からの景色は地方都市の街並みが見える程度で普通だった。美しい夜景や太平洋の大海原を望むような景色ではない（この目的でこのホテルを選んだ訳ではないが）。
