Pros:

Ubicación, atención en el check in, tamaño y distribución de la habitación

Cons:

Un ascensor inutilizado y el otro usado por trabajadores de reformas, el día del check out era imposible para nosotros y resto de huespedes del hotel utilizar ascensores

The staff very friendly and helpful. Suites very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. I really liked that they gave us more options for paking.

Cons:

Water pressure could be stronger in shower. More coffee available. And also paper towels in kitchen.

Cons:

There is a constant ventilation noise. And for me that was a problem because I couldn't sleep. The neighbors are slamming the doors and it is very noisy at night.
But this is all me, if you can ignore the constant ventilation noise the facility is A+

Pouvoir cuisiner ce dont javais envie de manger

Dans ma reservation,sans me rendre compte j ai payé la chambre du 21 Mars au 25 Mars alors que mon départ était prevu pour le 24 Mars pour laeroport,je me suis rendu compte plutar et je suis all`é voir lhotel si possible soit me restituer la nuit de trop ou remettre en Juin,car jenvisage faire un sejour en Juin entre le 09 et le 16 Juin a Ottawa et jaurais bien voulu rester encore dans cet hotel.Le premier que jai conctacté m a rassuré qu il feront leur possible mais de revenir a 8 heures ,il fera le point au remplancant,a ma grade suprise celui que jai trouvé m a dit que cetait impossible de reschedule ou rembourser et donc jai perdu une nuit .
Ensuite jai payé 150 CAD comme deposit or cetait pas divulgué sur leur site,ils m ont rassuré de remboursé au cas ou tout est ok mais avant de partir je demande on me dit que le montant reviendra sur mon compte sur 5 jours ouvrables et donc je patiente esperant le remboursement.
