Would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Nice quiet location, but close enough to walk to the O train and bus routes.
Great location for walking to many of the city's main attractions.
Very spacious clean suite, friendly staff and a nice restaurant on site.

Cons:

Not much to dislike! Maybe have a dishcloth and tea towel in the kitchen to clean any dishes/cutlery used.
The shower head was a bit high (for short people). I hear that you are going to do renovations. Maybe have the shower head on a sliding bar to adjust the height.

Cons:

Be careful they try to sneak in unauthorized charges retroactively to your account at check out . Front desk staff (the guy) was rude and unaccomodative. The “late” check out charge (30 minutes late btw) was not discussed prior to check in and was not not agreed to. It was sneakily mentioned at check out.. This is opportunistic and petty. No other property I’ve visited goes as far as charging and trying to make unauthorized charges on customers accounts . They also charged for early check in. (Which was at least discussed and I was given an option to accept or decline as is standard in decent ethical business practices.

Excellent room in the hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location is great, with a short walk to the city centre of Ottawa and the popular restaurants and shops of Elgin Street nearby.
The room was excellent, more like a small house, than a hotel room. An excellent stay in this hotel. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful with hotel facilities and nearby attractions and directions.

Cons:

Nothing - no complaints about the excellent room.

Disappointing for the price and the “luxury accommodation” the website promises.
Cons:

It was very disappointing to see the state of the building from the outside. It looks like an old run-down apartment building that’s been converted to a hotel. It’s far from the “luxury accommodation” that the website promises. The room was very standard — nothing luxurious about it. I found it cold at night and the duvet was very thin and temperature in the room not possible to adjust. Also they wanted to charge $50 for an early check in at noon (regular check-in is at 4 pm), but didn’t tell me that there is no charge after 2 pm. Overall, the whole experience was just okay. Would not stay here again for the price.

It was a very quick stay - really a place to sleep for a night, but it was comfortable, clean, good location, easy parking, so I’d certainly look at staying again in the future.

Locatie is top

Cons:

Zwaar mechanisch geluid in het hotel (kamers) zowel op de 5e als de 11e hierdoor de zelfde dag nog een ander hotel geboekt. Jammer want het personeel is top en de locatie ook.
