A fine stay in Ottawa.
Pros:

Lots of space. Mostly renovated but also some things were quite old.

Cons:

Carpet was old and dirty. Balcony was rusty. Kitchen and amenities in their need some updating.

Perfecta ubicación, habitaciones amplias.
Pros:

Ubicación. La habitación que reservamos para los 4 tenía un problema (gotera) y nos tuvieron que dar dos habitaciones. Por suerte estaban cerca una de la otra. Las dos tenían cocina completa y una de ellas un salón con sofá cama. Nosotros reservamos una Suite con cama grande y dos sofás camas. Bien resuelto por parte del hotel.

Cons:

No había disponibilidad de aparcamiento en el hotel, pero nos explicaron otras opciones cercanas, una de ellas más barata que el del hotel. Las camas crujían y eran blandas para nuestro gusto, sobre todo el sofá cama. Las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas.

Cons:

Room had no A/C and I reported immediately when get in at 3 PM, but they just put 2 blowers and waited me to come back at 10 PM and never told me. Refused to change the room just gave it to me unacceptable offer- room for 2 but we were 4.
Never ever go to this place.

Aardige mensen, maar de kamer was waardeloos.

De locaties

Cons:

Onze kamer was overboekt, we kregen een alternatief. Echter op de 11e etage onder alle apparaten die op het dak staan. Hierdoor 24 uur het geluid van een centrifuge boven je hoofd.

Not quite what we expected
Pros:

Very spacious room. The hotel is very conveniently located, very near downtown and very near the Farm Boy supermarket that has a wide selection of ready made food.

Cons:

Rooms were partly renovated, meaning they had a nice kitchen, but no dishwashing liquid or sponge, nice living room, but no phone, and spacious closets but no hangers for clothes. Also, the renovations were more like a new coat of paint to hide blemishes.

Great value for the location
Pros:

Fantastic location, very central to main attractions.
The outside of the building might look deceiving, the inside was very recently renovated, basically brand new. Having a full kitchen is a huge plus.

Pros:

stayed in this suite last night. The suite itself was clean and had almost all the necessary amenities, which we appreciated.
However, there was an issue with parking. Although it was stated during the booking that there was no need to reserve parking in advance, we were told upon arrival that there was no available parking space. This was quite inconvenient for us.
In addition, the weather was very hot, and only the bedroom had air conditioning. The living room did not have any cooling system, which made it uncomfortably hot. My son was very affected by the heat and was unable to rest properly.
Overall, the cleanliness and facilities of the suite were good, but the parking issue and lack of proper cooling in all areas negatively affected our stay.

Ok for the short stay
Pros:

Good location ,specious clean room.

Cons:

On the 11 floor, no central AC. Room was very hot. Relocated on 8th floor with a smaller size bed. AC was good. The bed wasn’t comfortable and was squeaky. Not enough supplies were provided. Parking is expensive, should be included in the room rate.

No housekeeping over three nights

Room was big

Cons:

Can hear everything from neighbouring rooms through the connecting doors. Housekeeping skipped one day. Another day they left before we did so they just never came. Another day they just gave us a garbage bag of sheets and called it a day - did not make the bed, remove old towels, sweep, empty garbages, and worst of all did not refill toilet paper. Only one roll was provided and they never refilled it! I had to go steal one from housekeeping. So ultimately, over there nights we got no housekeeping. Also, the tv was literally smashed and they did not replace it.
