Although booked 1 month ago they allocated room in basement and that room is in worst condition.What is the point use Booking.com well in advance and got such a worst room.

Pros:

Worst ever hotel ...
Room was pathetic and firstly i had to wait for 2 hours to check-in after booking and then they said room is not available.
Time waste for 3 hours.
And awful experience.

No value for money, way better choices are available for this price.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, right behind the bus stand. Food and service are good, they served breakfast to us at 5:30 AM, which is commendable.

Cons:

Rooms are huge but very old and not very clean. The fan makes sound and water leaks from every tap. View is missing from most of the windows and even if there is a view there is heaps of garbage below. Don't want to comment on bed, mattress and blanket cleanness. And these rooms are expensive. We missed the electric kettle the most, we had to call in service again and again for hot water.

Ok, but I may not stay in this place
Pros:

You have space for parking personal vehicle, room is decent in size, outside view from the room is good.

Cons:

Water in toilets dont clear it stands still, fan makes lot of noise and wont work. cost is higher compare to other similar stays in katra
