wouldn't recommend to stay there need a renovations

the kitchen was good and the bed that the only thing

Cons:

ok the bathroom need renovations , you don't have electrical appliances away 3m away from the sink
all electrical appliances should be above should height not underneath
the whole room needs a make over carpet need a paint job
plus you don't bring animals into a hotel

Dennis left a hand written card in the room with chocolates- lovely touch. Great location to city, trams and main train stations. Love the style of the property.

Pros:

Everything. The building was so beautiful. It was like out of a movie. Will definitely stay again. The staff, the locating, all the facilities was spectacular.

Cons:

Nothing. It was the best stay. The only thing I would recommend is that guests who pay for parking can have their own access card.

Pros:

Historic beautiful building. You can feel the history! My studio was more like a massive apartment with a full kitchen. I was so happy when I walked in and saw the size.

Cons:

The bed. Ok it wasn't terrible but it was too soft and I felt like I sunk which isn't great when I'm a slim woman.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Good location. Comfortable and spacious. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Room was a very long walk from lift and not good for anyone with mobility problems. It was very tired and in desperate need of an upgrade. The bathroom had cracked tiles and rust marks. Grout was dirty and hand basin was marked. Kitchen was very old and could not find a plug for the sink. Did not think it was value for money.
