Exceptional service from Denis and all his staff, they go above and beyond with customer service and satisfaction we loved the old fashioned features very high ceilings in rooms our top floor room had a bath and shower over it and balcony superb highly recommended hotel 🏨

The architecture of this old building has been preserved and converted into comfortable apartments all the way down the very long grand corridors. The parterre gardens BBQ area and pool, spa and gym are very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location is close to tram station and tram stops.
As soon as we walked inside we were greeted by the excellent staff who served us with care. The room we stayed with was clean and neat.
It was a little warm at night but it wasn't a big issue.

Liked that the bathroom was on the same level as the bedroom - thank you. Excellent soundproofing for the location! Given the age of the building, the facilities are sufficiently adequate. The staff were tremendous and parking was easy. Excellent value for money and we love the wide corridors!
We always love staying at the Grand. We took out friend they were impressed with the Beaty of the building too!
Prices we high due to NRL!
Don’t know why they have to increase prices on school holidays and special events. But it was better value than some others we looked at.
