Dennis. Very helpful. Recommended great cafe for breakfast and left nice card and chocolates in the room

AN EXCELLENT STAY IN A GOOD LOCATION
Pros:

Our studio was large, comfortable and excellently appointed with more cooking and washing facilities than we expected. We did use the laundry, which did not require money. Staff were fantastic - extremely personable and helpful. We were loaned Miky cards for the Melbourne trams and these worked well. Location was great, close to the Southern Cross railway station and tram stops - they are free in the inner CBD. Simply an excellent stay.

Pros:

Everything! Dennis and all the staff really go above and beyond. Great location, excellent facilities, nice and clean apartments. A great place to stay in Melbourne.

Cons:

When checking in was advised that rooms were serviced every other day. We were there for 3 nights and room wasn’t serviced at all. I did ask Reception if our room was being cleaned on the scheduled day and they said yes but it wasn’t.
