Amazing facility right up there with any small world class highend hotel.
Pros:

Definitely one if not the best luxury hotel in Malaga. Location is next to the Picasso Museum, The Museum of Malaga is a few steps away. Basically at the center of everything. Food excellent deck with small pool very nice. Room terrific large. Room cleaning and service excellent second to none. Beautiful combination of modern interior and historic exterior design.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints other than to say food service was great. but lacking in world class level attention. Then again, I am super spoiled so my standards are higher than average. This being said, I booked an extra three nights opposed to traveling the area. There is so much to see in Malaga one could easily spend three weeks and not see everything.

Exceptional hotel in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Super breakfast, room was stunning - extremely comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Staff were lovely. Pool area very nice. Great location.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have complementary water in the bedroom on arrival (a bottle was left every evening). Suggest some tea as well as coffee in the room!

Very comfortable stay in a perfect location.
Pros:

It is a lovely hotel. Amazing location with incredibly easy access to the old town, the Alcazaba, the Picasso museum, the port etc. The staff were super - so friendly, so helpful. (Very good at English too which was useful because my Spanish is disgracefully poor).

Cons:

The rooms are quite dark but it is a lovely building all the same.

Pros:

Right in the middle of the central pedestrian area, near a number of bars and restaurants. Taxi stand just up the path from the property so easy to reach. Great service, front desk was able to get is tickets to the Picasso museum, at cost, when they were sold out online.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit snug, but to be expected in most European properties.

Leider kein Small Luxury Hotel Erlebnis.
Pros:

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Deluxe Junior Suite (Zimmer-Nr. 114). Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so wie es auf Photos in verschiedenen Reisepublikationen zu sehen ist.

Cons:

Die Suite liegt im 1. Stock direkt über der Rezeption und hat 2 Fenster zur äußerst belebten Strasse. Die Lärmisolation des Raums ist ungenügend, so dass man bis in die späte Nacht wegen des Strassenlärms durch feiernde Touristen nicht zum Schlaf kommt. Von einem Small Luxury Hotel haben wir da einen erheblich höheren Aufwand erwartet. Unserem Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer konnte aufgrund der guten Buchungslage nicht entsprochen werden. Durch die mangelhafte Lärmisolierung kehrt sich die zunächst vorteilhaft erscheinende Lage in der Innenstadt in ihr Gegenteil. In der Suite selbst schloss im Bad die Toilettentür nicht mehr, eine Leselampe hatte eine kaputte Birne, dafür leuchtete die Birne im Schrank die ganze Nacht. Ein Wasserkocher fehlte.

An attractive hotel with very helpful staff -our room was elegant and comfortable.

Very enjoyable and would back, plenty to do in and from Malaga city which is a wonderful historic place
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great decor and good ambience, superb location in old city just off the main square. The quality of the food for both diner and breakfast was excellent and in a lovely setting.

Cons:

The only issue we had was we booked “inner courtyard view” room which wasn’t offered nor was it available, we were given an alley view. A change to a street view was taken up.
