Inaccettabile che manchi lo scopino del water. Inoltre non amo stare in una struttura separata dal corpo centrale dell’albergo . Il materasso non comodo.
This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. The staff is lovely - very pleasant, polite, professional and helpful. The dining area is gorgeous and breakfast was superb. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.
The location was fabulous, in the old town . It was completely accessible , even by taxi. The rooftop pool and bar were lovely

Great location, beautiful, comfortable

We had a lovely four night stay in this hotel. The location is perfect in the Old Town with everything within walking distance The cathedral is a few minutes walk away, the port is around 20 minutes away and many excellent restaurants on the doorstep.
The quality of the room was very good. It was extremely clean and tidy with a comfy double bed. A couple of things to note. We stayed in what I believe is a standard double room although the room had large windows the views just backed onto other parts of the hotel. For example walls and windows. There was no balcony.
The one downside for us personally there was no kettle in the room just coffee pod machine. I felt this was lacking particularly in a 4 star hotel.
The breakfast every morning was excellent. All staff extremely polite, professional and attentive.
Information that may help others is the area outside the hotel is pedestrianised. Your transfer will drop you at the top of the street .The walk takes less in a couple of minutes to get to the front of the hotel.
There is a roof top pool. Its very small and there is only space for 10 sun loungers. This is better than not having this area at all. But it gets full very quickly. We would usually just have a dip in the pool to cool down then return to the room.
I would still recommend this beautiful hotel.
