I've stayed at this hotel before in 2023. I booked it again purely because of the great service, very quick check-in, quiet neighborhood, lots of dining and shopping in the area, and most importantly, a 1-min walk to the train station with trains that can get you anywhere in Tokyo. I plan on doing another Japan trip in 2027, and no doubt I will book this hotel again from my Tokyo stay. My one suggestion though would be to include tea-bags and sugar along with the room kettle and cups in the room.

This place is close to the train station, in front of many conbini’s and is a comfortable and quiet stay. If you are a foreigner, the locals are super nice as well! I reccomend this place to e

清潔感は問題無いのですが、掃除終わりで部屋に撒いた除菌スプレーの臭いなのか、薬品臭くて困りました。

I stayed at this place for 3D2N in late November to early December. This accommodation is very compact but the facilities inside are quite complete. You can see in the picture I attached. The location is strategic, only a 2-minute walk to the nearest train station. Around the accommodation there are konbini and also several places to eat. The price is affordable, the check-in service is quite practical and to check out you only need to leave the room before the cut off time, because access to the room uses a code instead of a card. So for those of you who travel to Japan to spend time at tourist attractions and not for a staycation, I recommend this accommodation.

A few minutes from the closest station. Also about 20 minutes from Tokyo station by train.

Great cost and convenient location.

Recently went to Japan and chose this place to stay because wasn’t to expensive and very close to a train station.
- cleaning is well done
- room is very small but it’s okay because your out all day ahah
- you have two markets right in front ! And a 7/11 down the street

Location was convinient by being near the train station , and having stores near by, cleaning service is 1 a week ,thank you for having us

Staff was very friendly very helpful did not get the name of the man running the counter but he deserves a raise. Very close to akihabara about 18 min train ride, station around the corner, convenient stores and grocery stores right across the street with plenty of restaurants in all directions some even 24 hours will definitely be back next year for our next trip and will rebook in a heartbeat. Very affordable would love an option to opt out on cleaning/ towels or atleast only a few days.

This hotel is only 2 minutes away from Shinkoiwa station in Tokyo. Shinkoiwa station is only 12 min from Tokyo station if you use a rapid train. The room was very small but this is pretty average in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
