The thing I liked the best is that they offered free parking, which is very hard to find in Cleveland

The rooms felt too small/ minimal for price, missed having a bigger fridge in the room and the dirty laundry bag.

The worst mattress I have ever slept on. It had broken springs and I woke up with a backache both mornings. Front desk staff was informed. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The squeeze/pump container was empty.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable, and a short Uber (or scooter!) ride from downtown. Add in complimentary parking, and it's the perfect spot for a visit to Cleveland.

It was close to the venue. The breakfast was ok.
The beds were hard to sleep on. We didn't have a blind to block out the lights outside. Thr room visually wasn't worth 195$ No even answered the phone.
Closeness to Cleveland Clinic. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Free parking!
