Nice location but cost varies wildly
Pros:

I chose this hotel for it's location; not far from Cleveland Clinic (~1 mile) and in a trendy neighborhood (Midtown). The parking is safe and the staff generally friendly.

Cons:

For the cost, I would expect a coffee machine in the room. It is inconvenient to go to the first floor every time I want coffee of hot water. When I checked in, half of the lights in the room didn't work. I would have expected the cleaning staff to verify this before the next customer checked it. It was an easy fix when I reported it to the front desk.

Comfortable room

Cons:

Supposed to have breakfast included, the second morning there was none. First checked us into a room that was already occupied.
Very difficult to find restaurants nearby. The staff was unable to assist.
