Disappointed
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The lock on the door didn't work
The tv didn't work. The air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off. Then they gave us a different room where the room darkening shade was missing. For a Hilton i was disappointed.

It was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay in the downtown area.
Pros:

It was a great location to Cleveland Clinic where we had a very early appointment. We live out of town and didn’t want to drive in during early morning hours.

Cons:

We had trouble operating our room television.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The vibe here was welcoming and fun. The room's high ceilings and well thought-out storage was a plus.

Cons:

Wish there was coffee in the room, but understand the reasons why it is in the common area and that's cool. Added to thw community-building vibe

Cons:

Our sheets and room were not clean and instead of giving us a new room, the lobby attendant gave me a set of folded sheets from a closet and said that I had to go make my own bed as the guest of this hotel. Absolutely appalled by the terrible customer service as well as the lack of cleanliness in the hotel room. Despite having great ratings online, this place was an absolute disaster. There were also cobwebs in the ceiling and a horrible odor of weed.

Conveniente para un par de noches
Pros:

Cama muy cómoda, hotel silencioso, personal excepcionalmente amable. Hay juegos de mesa en el lobby incluyendo un futbolín y un jenga gigante.

Cons:

La zona donde está ubicado aunque siempre íbamos en coche y no tuvimos mayor problema

The front desk person JOSH was outstanding! The hotel itself was lovely, and had a lot of features I enjoyed. Designed seating, oversized games for families outdoor seating etc
