Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location for me and I appreciated the free parking and breakfast.

Cons:

Walking to the car on the parking lot when the parking lot is covered in snow and dirt was not that great. I understand you can't control the weather, but I think it's possible to do something to avoid customers slipping on ice on their way to their vehicles.

Liked everything about this place except the bed!, and breakfast.. Needs a stiffer bed!! I had a migraine all day due to the bed, uncomfortable sleep 😵‍💫, having to go and deal with all day medical issues 🥹 not good. And breakfast wasn't good 😕 eggs, sausage was fake processed nasty 🤢🤮. I liked the closeness to main campus!!! ,++!! ❤️

No black out shade in room and bed and pillows were terrible.

Nice hotel for good price!
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, breakfast food was good. Staff were very nice. The toiletries are so nice!!

Cons:

My mattress was not super comfortable, seemed broke down on the one side (not much support).

It was close to Cleveland clinic which is why I was in Cleveland and the staff super friendly especially the lady that checked us in she was very accommodating I have to use a cane to walk and she made sure our room was by the elevator so I had minimal walking and I like that they had complimentary coffee tea and hot chocolate in the lobby and it has plenty of parking

Cons:

I would of liked to have a coffee maker and microwave in the room so I didn't have to go to the lobby everytime we wanted coffee or to heat something up other than that no complaints
