Excellent and quiet.
Pros:

Everything was extremely clean and fresh. As soon as you walk in the door everything was fresh. When I got into my room everything was lemony fresh.

Cons:

I wish there was bacon in the breakfast buffet. But this is not going to stop me from booking another stay. I love the tru hotels.

Das Personal war freundlich. Betten waren bequem

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein, der Wasserhahn im Bad wackelte stark, die Wassertemperatur konnte man schlecht einstellen. Fön war keiner vorhanden .... nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bekamen wir einen. Zwei Zimmerlampen gingen nicht immer.... Wackelkontakt... die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien waren sehr verschlissen und schmutzig. Das Frühstück war unterste Kategorie.

Much better than anticipated!
Pros:

Location was excellent, very private with great views out the plate glass window. The room was clean and comfortable. We were given a bag with cheddar popcorn and 2 bottles of water upon checkin, which was very much appreciated.
