The hotel is very nice and friendly atmosphere. The staff was very professional and kind. Our Room was very clean and wide area of space and the bathroom was huge. Very clean facility. Check in was fast and easy.
The breakfast was quite good! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for me and my visit to the Cleveland Clinic. I love the design of the hotel including the common areas and the room.
There was a bottle of body lotion instead of body wash in the shower. We used the hand wash that was at the vanity, which was fine.
I'm sure that it was just an oversight.

Good location, easy to get on highway. Free parking, breakfast includes hot food. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. There are a few markets nearby. No problem using WiFi in the room.
