Liked everything about this place except the bed!, and breakfast.. Needs a stiffer bed!! I had a migraine all day due to the bed, uncomfortable sleep 😵💫, having to go and deal with all day medical issues 🥹 not good. And breakfast wasn't good 😕 eggs, sausage was fake processed nasty 🤢🤮. I liked the closeness to main campus!!! ,++!! ❤️
Close and convenient to Cleveland clinic.
No black out shade in room and bed and pillows were terrible.
I called and they told me I could check in at anytime and once I arrived they said that I couldn’t check in. So I never even got to check in

My mattress was not super comfortable, seemed broke down on the one side (not much support).
It was close to Cleveland clinic which is why I was in Cleveland and the staff super friendly especially the lady that checked us in she was very accommodating I have to use a cane to walk and she made sure our room was by the elevator so I had minimal walking and I like that they had complimentary coffee tea and hot chocolate in the lobby and it has plenty of parking
I would of liked to have a coffee maker and microwave in the room so I didn't have to go to the lobby everytime we wanted coffee or to heat something up other than that no complaints

No toothpaste, shower conditioner empty. No garbage can in room except bathroom.
Close to Cleveland Clinic. My husband is a patient. It would be nice if you gave a discount for patients.

Breakfast good but no cranberry juice for 2 days. Unacceptable to not be supplied with juice. Man who staffed breakfast bar kept it nice and clean

The breakfast was a hotel breakfast. The usual. The area was clean the food was hot and the beverages were wet. All good things.
he neighborhood wasn't great. We were approached by someone wanting to sell drugs and become sex workers. So that was a negative.
