Pros:

Love the location. Staff is always super helpful (especially Kate). Property is well maintained and food and service in restaurants while on high side were excellent.

Pros:

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Cool transformation of an old chocolate factory. Even with the remants of chocolate lingering in the air. Food was also exceptional at the hotel restaurant. Lititz is a qauint historic town beautiful at christmas with lots of shops. A must stay!

I did not like how soft the pillows were and I did not think the bed was comfortable at all. I did not sleep well for two nights.
