Very bad. Everyone car got smashed into including mine and the hotel did nothing
My kids couldn’t swim both days . I got the hotel so they could swim specifically . It was for a birthday party for my son and I spent over 500 for the stay. The pool was so full of chlorine that the kids were coughing , people was throwing up and eyes burning from the chlorine .

We had to move rooms after discovering it hadn’t been cleaned well. Previous guests left their lube behind….
The main lady at the front desk with the locs in her hair. She is always amazing. She worked there for a long time.
Needs to be no more cleaning and staff being excellent.
we asked for new bedding as it was dirty upon arrival and did not receive any. the thermostats and window heater unit were both broken so it was extremely cold, especially with no bedding. the carpet was sticky and wet in some spots.

The Waffles Served At Breakfast
Not The Cleanest, Dead Bug On The Heater, Black Stuff Came Out The Over Flow Cover Plate/Face Plate After A Bath, Hotel Property Smelled So Strong Of Marijuana That In The Morning When We Opened Our Bedroom Door In Our Suite We Were Hit With A Marijuana Smell At 9am. There Was Also People Standing In The Front Of The Building Smoking As My Husband Was Getting Our Door Dash Order. This Was My Anniversary Weekend, My Husband And I Were Very Disappointed.
