Decent for the price.
Pros:

It was a great location for where I needed to be.

Cons:

The WiFi wasn’t working the whole time I was there and I stayed there to have a quiet place to study before a state board exam the next morning and didn’t have WiFi to study. There was no staff at the desk when I went to check out.

Everytime we come to the Minneapolis area ( once every other month) we’re always at this hotel!
Pros:

I feel on vacation is one of the best parts about this hotel. The breakfast is always great! My children personally think they should get a more kid friendly cereal. The pool area is very warm so you’re not freezing when you get out of the pool or hot tub! The pool itself is warm as well, never too cold !

Cons:

Choice of cereal.

We Would Stay Here Again!!!
Pros:

My husband and I made a quick trip to Minneapolis from West Tennessee to pick up some car parts that he had bought online. I had chosen the Country Inn & Suites because it was close to the pick-up site. We were glad we did! Everything was made really simple, from booking online to checking out online. In addition, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. They made great coffee, and their breakfast offerings were very nice. We would stay here again!

Stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. We had a pretty bad experience but the hotel manager was very understanding and did everything he could to help us.

Cons:

We were in town for a family event and had a few people staying at this hotel. We were not aware but the hotel was also in a bad part of town. We arrived to the hotel at 2am due to a delayed flight. There were people partying in the parking lot and sketchy people constantly going in and out the building during the late hours. Our first room was on the first floor and we had to get it changed since we had little kids and didn’t feel safe. The hotel is very run down and needs a renovation. The rooms were dirty - carpet stains, dirty sheets, floors not vacuumed, hair in the beds, smelled like cigarettes. We were already exhausted so we figured we’ll just rest for a couple of hours and look into a new hotel the next morning. Little did we know, we should have just packed and left that night. We woke up around 5am and found out that our cars got smashed and broken into. There were over 10 cars in the parking lot that also got smashed that same night and after speaking with the police, they reported over 40 cases of cars getting smashed and broken into the area. We were able to get a full refund but I would recommend staying some where else.

We were looking for a place close to North memorial that wasn't sketchy looking.

Cons:

We were there because of a family emergency. Didn't take the time to really look around. Just needed sleep.
