Plus que décevant
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le fait qu'il y ait une piscine et l'emplacement de l'hôtel
Également son architecture

Cons:

Le site indique l'existence d'un hammam or ce dernier ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons appris qu'il est fermé au moins depuis un an
Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner est médiocre, aucun produit local de qualité. Même le pain est mauvais
L'hôtel n'est pas bien entretenu et ne correspond pas à son classement et aux prix pratiqués !
Par exemple le local des équipements d'entretien de la piscine n'a visiblement pas été nettoyé depuis des lustres ...
Ou encore les bondes des lavabos de la salle de bain ne fonctionnent pas

Esattamente come rappresentato nelle foto, anzi decisamente sopra le aspettative! Struttura meravigliosa nel centro di Ciutadella, con personale davvero speciale. Camera favolosa.

Calme et sérénité au cœur de la vieille ville
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville. Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux et nous a aidés à trouver un emplacement de parking, des adresses de sites ou de restaurants

Cons:

La salle de bain de la chambre classique est un peu spartiate.

Poor quality and no AC - 2/3 stars at best - too expensive for what it is

Location is great and Magdalena who welcomed us the first night was extremely nice

Cons:

The AC doesn’t work-considering it’s literally over 100 F, AC is critical. It is set at a specific temperature in the room and doesn’t allow guests to adjust it so we weren’t able to sleep at all. Breakfast was terrible, stale bread and not much to eat - also breakfast is only for 1.5 hours so you have to get up early while on vacation to get a coffee. No coffee in the room and barely any services. It’s a 2/3 star at best - not a 5 star as advertised on Booking. We looked to leave and just go to another hotel but they wouldn’t refund us despite the poor quality.

Accueil charmant et attentionné, au cœur de la ville, dans un lieu de caractère
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très complet et Maria la dame qui s'en occupe est particulièrement charmante et accueillante.
La jeune femme de l'accueil est également très agréable et attentive. Toutes deux font l'effort de parler français.

Emplacement en centre ville idéal, petit déjeuner exceptionnel ! Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis et le personnel était toujours très arrangeant pour garder nos bagages.

Cons:

quelques équipements un peu vétuste avec traces d'usures dans la salle de bain. notamment les joints de carrelage.

Um lugar onde somos muito bem recebidos!
Pros:

Tudo absolutamente incrível! A diretora do hotel e as suas funcionárias foram sempre muito muito atenciosas e prestáveis. Soube mesmo bem ficar aqui alojado. Fomos muito bem recebidos! O hotel é muito bonito, com muito charme e muito bem localizado na Ciutadella.
