Très bien
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre de Ciutadella, à 2 pas de la cathédrale. Chambre bien équipée, propre, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner bien fourni.

Cons:

Aucune tablettes pour poser les produits de toilette et pommeau de douche à revoir. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

sans doute l'un des meilleurs choix sur Ciutudella

déco ultra simple, très blanc et pourtant très dépaysant

Tres bon séjour dans ce petit hôtel très accueillant. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore.
Pros:

L’accueil au top. Le petit déjeuner est succulent. La suite très grande et confortable. Le décor, le calme et l’emplacement de l’hôtel parfait. Nous avons pu récupérer la chambre avant l’heure indiquée ce qui a été plus qu’agréable.

Cons:

La piscine non chauffée. La baignoire avec la robinetterie cassée. Le hammam non ouvert.

Cons:

Il faudrait rénover les robinetteries et les terrasses extérieures.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit stilvollem Ambiente, guter Lage und leckerem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und überzeugt durch eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück bietet genau das, was man braucht, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt der freundlichen Dame, die die Eierspeisen frisch und individuell vor Ort zubereitet – ein echter Pluspunkt!
Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: mitten in der Stadt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt war für uns, dass nicht ganz klar war, an wen man sich nachts wenden kann, falls etwas sein sollte oder man etwas benötigt. Tagsüber ist die Rezeption gut erreichbar, jedoch scheint nachts keine Kontaktmöglichkeit vorhanden zu sein – hier wäre eine kurze Information oder Lösung hilfreich.
Zudem könnten die Teekannen in den Zimmern bei Gelegenheit ersetzt werden.
Ansonsten war alles top – vielen lieben Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Très belle découverte nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir
Pros:

L’accueil qui était très sympathique ( merci à Magdalena pour son sourire et son aide pour savoir si certains sites étaient ouverts)
Le petit déjeuner très bon et avec le sourire de Margarita
L’hôtel en lui même très beau et la chambre très confortable belle et spacieuse avec le patio et la vue sur la piscine
L’emplacement proche du centre idéal pour les restos le soir
