Pros:

Sehr nette & zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.
Die Kinder bekamen einen Cookie beim einchecken.
Zimmer war sauber.
Kühlschrank & Mikrowelle vorhanden.

Pros:

The room was spacious and not too far from my daughter’s college.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t heated as advertised in description. The pool was the reason we booked this hotel a we were not able to use it.

I’m not mad, just disappointed.
Pros:

The room was spacious, quiet, and had most of the necessary items for travelers.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not clean my room the entire four night stay! I even complained to the front desk who ‘put a note in the computer.’ There was no breakfast included in the room rate. While there was coffee in my room, it was all decaf so I had to go to the front desk to exchange for regular coffee. Each request or interaction with staff seemed like they had little experience running a hotel! I will not be returning to this property.

Location, and the staff was great, but the room was no that great the lights in the bathroom was not good, and the Shower was not clean and the tub was slippery and the microwave was not working well.

Quiet and clean
Pros:

Comfortable bed, balcony was a bonus.

Cons:

Booking said breakfast included, it was not. Theres a bistro with items for purchase instead. Corridors smell of Cannabis smoke.

Dirty
Pros:

The front desk guy

Cons:

Its dirty. The carpet feels like a nasty restaurant carpet, paid extra for a sofa room and the couch has noticeable dirt stains on it so we aren't using it. Just gross feeling to be in here. Pool was cloudy so didn't go swimming either.
