OK if you have low expectations
Pros:

Close to the mall and shops. Nice people who communicated well.

Cons:

The rooms are like dormitory capsules inside a large shell. Walls and ceilings are thin wood. It's tired, old, and needs renovation. No bugs though

Lee's stay at Acme@Subic
Pros:

The room itself was very clean and the staff were very nice

Cons:

Our stay at Acme at Subic was good with friendly staff, everything was excellent with exception of the air conditioning and wall screen underneath it which opens without a lock and it was a dirty cement room inside, my wife didn't think it was safe and I have allergies, fortunately it didn't bother me.

Just OK But Could've Been Better
Pros:

Promixity to everything. Malls, transportation, convenience stores.

There is hot and cold water station in our floor.

Cons:

I booked a deluxed room but when we arrived we are told that my room i paid for is not available and that my booking is not showing in their computer. So they gave us a standard room with extra bed.

The place is old but would have been a better experience if they provided small necessities like roll of tissue, bath soap and toothpaste especially for guests that stays longer than overnight. No bathroom rug, no slipper, no table in the room. No tablewares. The hot shower is working fine though.
