Wonderful staff and pleasant stay!

Very generous people

Resort is amazing and very modern. The only downside is transportation. It gets a somewhat frustrating having to call for transportation everytime to get to a restaurant or to front office. Also, the store and pool close too early. The tariffs to take you to isla piedra are very high when they had initially said it was a lower price.

The transportation, limited dinning, sea turtles never was open, bathroom dirty, tried to request a phone because my room was missing the phone… couldn’t call anyone for transportation.

Very filthy , sheets stained , yellowed pillow covers, and mold growing on curtains , the entire room emanated the smell of mold as soon as you open the door

The pool was nice but the grounds had a lot of mold. My guest was very sick and could hardly breathe due to the mold. We had to leave early. We only stayed one night. The bed sheets were dirty

The staff was not very helpful this place is big there no help how to get the condos. All Was given was a map go there no direction by the staff with luggage the outcome I checked in and 30 minutes I checked out they keep the payment for the night I would never stay here again and I wont won’t recommend any on my stall to stay here.

The bed was so hard the floor was almost better

Really nice big condo. However it was lacking basic utenils and dishes for cooking. We loved the pool, hot tub. beautiful grounds and quiet location.

This property is not close to Mazatlán or stone island.

One restaurant open in vast mostly empty complex. Poor selection of cooking utensils in unit: no toaster, no kettle, no pairing knife, one very dull large cutting knife; three fry pans, one pot. Good housekeeping except floor gritty with sand.
Restaurant is very good. Pool and hot tub very nice. Nothing to do nearby except golf. Good wifi. Isolated

Beautiful Property, and amazing service- Just did not realize that is was a condo - so we needed a driver to get aroundf for restaurants ect.

Massive property with no signs as to the direction of the office to check in. Took us 20 minutes driving from the front gate, multiple u-turns, inquiries with several people until we bumped into a shuttle driver who told us to follow him to the check in lobby. Without him, we never would have found it otherwise. Very isolated.

Very isolated. Poor communication with employees speaking little English. Kitchen was sparsely equipped. No pool bar. Very responsive when we needed things. No shower door. Water leak under bathroon sink. Would nor go back.

Quiet, close to golf and good restaurants on site , all the staff were very helpful excellent pools and hot tub facilities.

I liked the quietness of this place. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nice beach and pool area. I will definitely stay again in this place.

This is the perfect resort to enjoy golf and sunshine! It's away from the noise of the Golden Zone and the suite was very convenient and clean. Beautiful landscaping and Staff was excellent. You will need either to rent a car or hire a cab to go into the city. We are definitely returning next year.

The beds were very hard. The phone in room did not work had to leave room to call front desk. There were only two bath towels no hand towels. No towels in second bathroom. A water dispenser would have been nice for price paid
