Pros:

The room was spacious. Beds and towels were clean.
The price was cheap, so couldn't expect too much.

Cons:

The smell, when entering the bar.
Smelt as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks could do with a good deep clean.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

It's absolutely brilliant. Lovely friendly staff. Large clean and tastefully decorated room. Good dining options. Great location, great parking. Good price. Faultless.

Cons:

Just the 7.50 for neck oil IPA was a bit steep.

Great good value short break!
Pros:

Great location for walking. Three days of different lovely 10-12 miles directly from the hotel. Room a little smaller than expected and only one small window, so might be hot in the summer, but not a problem in October. Food was standard pub chain options but presented fine and edible! Good value all round hotel. Stayed 4 nights.

Déception malgré l'emplacement de qualité

Très bon emplacement

Cons:

Accueil courtois sans plus. Supplément chien à payer alors que c'était indiqué lors de la réservation. A payer sur une autre station bancaire que le reste de la location. 3 chambres réservées, au même prix de 150 €et le jour et la nuit entre les 3. Deux au rez de chaussée, de taille très correcte. 1 à l'étage beaucoup plus petite. Dans cette dernière l'arrivée d'eau de la baignoire ne fonctionne pas. Le lendemain le petit déjeuner est le point final de notre déception. Plusieurs formules différentes et difficilement compréhensibles. La seule information claire c'est que pour un café, c'est de la poudre instantanée, si vous voulez un vrai café, il faut payer en plus .

No lift - not their fault I know as it’s quite an old building, but maybe not too good for those with mobility problems

It was short and sweet anf pleasant.
Pros:

The room was lovely, the building beautiful and staff on arrival very helpful. Great location within St David’s and lots of free parking (but register at the bar).

Cons:

The decor in our bathroom was tired, shelves had been taken off the wall but there were still raw plugs in the wall. It needed some paint. At breakfast we had no idea who the staff were, we felt they should have been in some type of uniform, no one offered us a table or told us to order at the bar. There was only instant coffee, I had to ask for a flavoured tea. Our cooked breakfast was delicious though.

Good location, would not stay again

Cons:

Room immediately smelt of damp on entry, peeling wallpaper and bad damp in corner of room. photos on booking.com not representative of the room we had.

A disappointing 2 nights

The location

Cons:

We stayed downstairs in Room 10. It was cold and damp and the bathroom floor was freezing. The breakfast was very disappointing - nothing was fresh and our cooked meals were very greasy. The general decor was rather tired and random and although our room was clean the sheets and bedding felt very cheap.
