Pros:

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personalesia in reception che in sala colazione, camera dotata di molti confort, silenziosa e pulitissima. Macchina del caffè, buona doccia , termostato regolabile, diverse prese di corrente, illuminazione diversificata, ottima biancheria daletto e da bagno.

Cons:

La hall di ingresso non è ampia ma è accogliente. Alcuni gradini davanti alla camera che però non sono un problema per me.

Pros:

Fantastic location midway between the duomo and the Uffizi.
Very well appointed room with all you could need.
Plenty of choices for breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room.
I would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

There was no hotel bar although the description listed one. No hotel restaurant either - just the breakfast room.

Cons:

Noisy room because you are in the city centre and hear drunk people at night. Breakfast motel level, do no have breakfast at the hotel

Pros:

Рядом с музеями
В центе, чисто, меняли полотенца каждый день и делали уборку
В номере хорошая шумо изоляция, мы были в 414 на последним этаже
Лифт работает , персонал вежливые и решают любую вашу просьбу
Пополняют каждый день воду питьевую

Cons:

На последний проживание день нам попалось рваное банное полотенце
Надо бы своевременно их заменить и проверять после сушки

A estadia foi uma experiência excepcionalmente perfeita.
Pros:

A localização e a limpeza de todo o hotel. Ademais, o colaborador do hotel, Sr. Giacomo, foi extremamente cordial e auxiliou tanto a mim quanto a minha mãe quando necessitamos. Agradecemos ao excelente tratamento.
