The bed was comfortable
The toilet ran all night you had to keep getting upto shake the handle. And the alarm clock made a grinding sound we had to unplug it .. and the swimming pool was not working .not a good fit.
Our room was perfect. It was clean & the parking was very well lit.
Only small pet-peeve is that the breakfast hours were not long enough. We got to the lobby at about 9:10a & breakfast had closed at 9a. Most of the hotels we had previously stayed at, their breakfast was opened till 10a.
Clean
No visitors can come to the room. I checked in on Saturday for a concert. I extended my stay another night. My daughter and her two children accompanied me on the stay. She decided to stay with her dad and step mom on Saturday and stay with me at the hotel on Sunday to go swimming that Sunday evening. She arrived with her dad and stepmom. Immediately, a guy from the hotel came out and questioned us if we had a room there. I said I did and gave him the room number. He said we had to get out of the pool because my daughters dad and stepmother were in the pool. He said if anything should happen, they didn't want to be held responsible. But what I didn't like was there was a man and his two daughters in the pool, and he didn't ask them if they were guest in the hotel. Furthermore, the guy with his two daughters left them in the pool unsupervised for about 15 minutes, and they did not tell them to get out of the pool. That was more of a problem to me, leaving them unattended while the sign read that no one under 18 should be in the pool without adult supervision. So why is this an exception? They were not made to get out of the pool. Of course, they were white, clearly not a problem. This hotel will not be in my future stay. I was totally embarrassed by the way we were treated. I felt like we went back to the 50"and 60' were it was an all white only pool. I'm so disappointed in how we were treated. I paid for a room for two nights and was not able to use the on-site pool facility when it was 102 degrees that weekend. I don't recommend this hotel if you have family in the area, because they can not visit you while you stay at this hotel. I've never heard of such a thing. Think twice about this hotel before you waste your money on your stay.

Room was very nice.
The breakfast offered was a little different. The coffee, orange juice, and apple juice was good. The location was easy to get to easy on and of the highway. With plenty of parking. Gas stations, and restaurants nearby most within walking distance from the hotel.
1st. Non-smoking room given smelled like cigarettes. 2nd. room given smelled like it was just cleaned. Unfortunately at 3:35 am people outside rooms smoking and talking 2nd hand smoke coming through the AC unit smelling up room had to shut it off.
Absolutely nothing !
They kicked us out! Came to our room at 8:00 a.m with an explanation that we had a fifth person in our room. I let him come in the room search and everything, and he still kicked us out and called the police. I have never been disrespected this much in my life ! I was there to be a vendor for the western Kentucky state fair and was working not one thing did we do wrong ! These was the most sorry disrespectful people I have ever met ! 3 women and a child got kicked out and money took because of this ! Not one reason did he have to kick us out !
Nothing!!
Nothing!!! The rooms that’s listed on booking.com are false advertisement. My room smelled awful. It was stuffy with smoke. Also cigarettes burns on the covers. I tired to get a refund but because I booked through booking.com I wasn’t able to get a refund until the next day. Which they denied until I called them myself to complain. Then it was approved for booking. Com to give me a refund. I Do Not Recommend any one to stay here. The lobby looks better than the room. Save your money book elsewhere.
Fuimos solo para pasar la noche… para otra cosa no lo recomiendo.
Es viejo con olor a humedad
It was a bed to sleep on̈.
I booked 2 queen's accessible and they had put us on second floor with no elevator. They got us on first floor but it was 1 king, it worked but it wasn't what I wanted. Also just old building but you can tell, maybe a face-lift would make the room not feel like a drab musty old hotel room.
The location was nice but there are many hotels in the area.
The property wasn’t very clean. There were streaks on the mirror and crumbs on the floor. The volume on the tv didn’t work. The breakfast options were very limited also. The beds were rock hard.
