Love the location and breakfast was good .only bad was no hot water on arrival .next morning it was just warm enough to freeze in the shower lol but otherwise we love it there .im sure that will get corrected

No hot water that night or morning. Soon as you walk through the door room smelled wet and moldy
Convenient
We reserved a room with private bathroom. When we attempted to use the shower it was not working. We were then transferred to a room where the bathroom sink was outside. The manager on duty acted as though she did not care. We had to move our belongings one by one in the hallway. The dryer on the 4th floor was not working. I have stayed in this party location for the past 5 years. Never again

water no hot, no one at front desk communicated what was on site, ie gym, where bfast located.
The shower was less than to be desired. We asked not to be in a handicap accessible room but we were still put in one. The staff did offer to give us another room but who wants to ho through the hassle of packing Everything up and switching rooms when your only there for 2 days.

The staff was horrible
Location was great and convenient. Overall the Hotel was clean, the shower pressure was amazing, the size of the room was perfect.
Several USB ports at the room (4 of them) connectors and some plugs weren't working. I mentioned that when I check out.
