Miserably hot
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

We could not get our room cooled down enough to get comfortable. The bathroom was so small with not exhaust fan...so when you got out of the shower it was so hot a steamy in the bathroom you immediately began to sweat. The pool was gross. Had stuff floating in the water.. there were swarms of mosquitoes around the pool area...because of standing water in a tote next to the pool. They also charge you a daily rate to park...so go ahead and add 10 dollars a night to the price.

Hotel outdated, free trolley to the beach and staff was nice
Pros:

It was 7 minute walk to the beach or you can grab a trolley

Cons:

Not including the parking fee per day when booking, not enough parking for anyone. Had to drive around the building 4 times then finally went inside and they had to finally let me park in between 2 trees, after being charged for parking that I didn’t even really use. There was pooling of water on our floor and the laundry room floor was soaked with water. The hallways was extremely hot.

It was ok.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Room was air conditioned, comfortable temperature.

Cons:

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom floor looked dirty I was afraid to walk barefoot. One wash cloth looked like it had dried boogers on it. It didn’t smell fresh and clean.

The only thing we noticed is that our room's floor smells like pet. Like it was not properly vaccumed and no carpet

Pros:

Gal at front desk was so nice and friendly. Pool was fantastic. Location was awesome. Manager came into breakfast one morning to thank all the guests for choosing his hotel. That was amazing! Would absolutely stay again.

Great value-Family Friendly
Pros:

Great value for the price. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the staff's helpfulness. It is also centrally located near all kid-friendly activities and a short walk from the beach.

Cons:

We were a little inconvenienced by the parking lot's size. There was no room in the facility; we had to park by the playground. And also, when we first checked in, the room we were given smelled; it was probably weed. Thankfully, it was not a problem to switch rooms, and the second room had no smell to it.

Enjoyed our stay during the 4th of July
Pros:

It's just a 10 min walk to the beach and to the restaurants and bars. It was very comfortable and clean. It was easy to park even though the hotel was fully booked.

Budget friendly and decent.
Pros:

Great location and close to everything. Park and ride the Breeze trolley free to the shops.

Cons:

No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was so so. Staff not super friendly, no eye contact or pleasantries except when we checked out. Zero information in the room (ex:how to use the remote, reminders about breakfast or amenities).

Cons:

Washing machine noise at 12:30 at night.
It was ridiculous to be charged $10 a day for parking and there is no parking at night.
I was not notified until check in about parking charges.
The entrance was blocked by people parking at night but staff never confronted the people, obviously.
I have stayed here several times, but don't intend to do so again
