Will not return.
Cons:

The room smells, the toilet. Doesn’t work. And there was small black things in the bed. My body and my children body itched a lot. We had to pay extra for parking. Which I thought parking was included in the price.

Cons:

The hotel was advertised on Booking.com as having a spa not true it was also advertised as having pillow top mattresses not true beds where very uncomfortable toilet handle on the toilet needed fixing we left a day early which I paid for and I would like to request a refund for that day, I was told by hotel a refund would have to go through Booking.com.

A Memorable Stay w/ Wonderful Experience Team!
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express. Orville and Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Small requests like extra towels were never a problem. We were always greeted with friendliness and professionalism. That made us feel comfortable the minute we set foot on the property. Even when parking was full, Stephanie offered the main drive-thru greenspace as a makeshift parking space until the morning. When you're tired from a long family road trip, customer service accommodations upon arrival really matter. Our rooms were very clean and reasonably sized. I loved the location being at the intersection of Pope Ave and S Forest Beach Drive. My husband and I enjoyed taking the morning and afternoon bike rides in both directions. The pool area was a fairly sized and filled with families. We also appreciated how close the hotel was to Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Being adjacent to the latter made it the true definition of family-friendly. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and beachy. I'm glad the kickoff to our family vacation was spent here.

This wasn't a comfortable stay due to the centipedes in the bathroom and no hot water to shower,
Pros:

The room had a balcony and was spacious, the heat also worked really well

Cons:

Paying to park after the cost of the room is really too pricy for the parking that is available. Our room had several Centipedes in the bathroom and hall area. The toilet did not flush well; I had to hold the handle down and repeat flushing. It took the tub tall night to drain after a shower at 5 pm
Also, no hot water in the shower the shower was luke warm!!

The location wasnt far from beach.

Cons:

The room was full of roaches . The walls was dirty and dressers was dirty as well. Rooms need to be sprayed and detailed clean.
