The staff exceeded my expectations! They seem to be everywhere and we’re so friendly and ready to help
Pros:

Even though it’s not on the beach, I do love the location because it’s close to celebration Park and a nice walk to the beach. The pool is lovely and now that they have the front desk and welcoming area in the actual same building, it’s very nice.

Cons:

The slider door to the balcony got stuck and I had to call maintenance twice to fix it for me. Although they were very quick to respond and were very helpful and kind.

Pros:

The concierge was very friendly. The room was nice except for the view from my window. I was impressed with the name brand shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash and lotion that was available. Love the idea of black washcloth to take makeup off.

Cons:

I DID NOT LIKE THE EXTRA $10.00 CHARGE I HAD ON MY BANK STATEMENT FOR PARKING. I thought the breakfast room could have been laid out a little better. I guess I have become spoiled to the Best Western's that I have stayed at. The price for a one night stay and the view from my window wasn't that great either (Room 326.)

Always nice!
Pros:

We come here once or twice a year, and it's kind of like home away from home. It's convenient, clean and a short much needed walk to the beach.

Cons:

This time it was extremely noisy. Teenagers having fun on spring beak, I get it. But it was obnoxious and if I were a Karen I would've said something to them lol

Decent for the price, great location!
Pros:

The room was clean and cozy, we were especially glad to have a balcony. I also loved the location, within walking distance of everything without paying the crazy beachfront prices. I also enjoyed that we could rent bikes from the property instead of having to go somewhere else to rent them The ladies at the bike rental stand were extremely friendly!

Cons:

The woman who was at the front desk when we arrived was not friendly in the slightest. We also felt that the breakfast area was extremely crowded and small especially for a hotel of its size. These weren't huge upsets but they did taint our experience slightly.
