Pros:

Já havia me hospedado nesse hotel. Excelente. Localização em frente ao metrô e ao lado do El Corte Inglês. Quarto ótimo, limpeza, pequeno almoço muito gostoso e variado. Funcionários muito gentis. Indico.

Very good conveniently located hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good: near Gulbekian garden and museum, and not far from the airport.
This is a very functional hotel with everything necessary for a comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast and very helpful staff

We got upgraded to hotel Avila beside Principe. Very good location. Easy access to metro. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean

Cons:

Out of 4 rooms, 3 were perfect. However, for one we got a room with two separate twin beds even though we asked for a single double bed. The beds kept moving apart at night and it was uncomfortable. It was only fixed on the third night.
