Velka noc v Lisabone.

Ustretovy personal na recepcii. Uschovanie batozin este pred ubytovanim sa. V den odchodu privolanie taxika. Vzdy s usmevom na tvari.

La amabilidad del personal, el parking muy bien si coges plaza , porque es muy pequeño.
La habitación y limpieza estupenda,solo q la habitación aunque tenía terraza..... no era muy agradable sentarse porque era un segundo piso y tenía las vistas de las calefacciónes.

Pero en general, muy amables, la carta del bar es cara, y la distancia al centro es en metro. Eso sí... en la puerta la parada .

Eleganza moderna nel cuore di Lisbona: colazione da urlo e personale top

La struttura è stata una sorpresa incredibile perché l'interno è nuovissimo e molto elegante oltre che curato in ogni dettaglio nonostante l'esterno possa trarre in inganno. La camera era spaziosa e pulitissima con un bagno veramente bello e servito di tutto il necessario. Il letto matrimoniale e i cuscini erano così tanto comodi che era praticamente difficile alzarsi per andare a girare la città perché rimanere in stanza era quasi un sogno. Il punto di forza assoluto è stata la colazione che abbiamo trovato abbondante e varia con i tradizionali pasteis de nata ma anche uova e bacon e una divertente macchinetta per fare i pancake. La zona è tranquillissima e anche se non si trova in pieno centro è collegata benissimo dai mezzi pubblici con la fermata della metro e del bus proprio davanti. Una menzione speciale va al personale che si è dimostrato molto professionale e gentile soprattutto il ragazzo alla reception che ha lavorato in Italia ed è stato davvero bravo ed educato, così come tutto lo staff della sala colazioni. Date un aumento di stipendio a tutti!

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda la posizione bisogna calcolare che la struttura dista circa due chilometri dal centro quindi ci vuole una mezz'oretta a piedi per raggiungerlo. Inoltre le mura della camera sono un po sottili e si sente quello che succede nelle stanze vicine dato che la struttura non è insonorizzata. Tuttavia non si tratta di nulla di eccessivamente fastidioso o che pregiudichi il soggiorno perché resta tutto assolutamente accettabile e il mio voto rimane comunque molto alto per la qualità generale del servizio.
