The television and wireless didn't work at all

It was ok for a $97 room 5/10

Room was in very poor condition, no blinds on the windows, towels small and thin, looked like some huge water stains on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Light fixtures were in poor condition. Floor looked dirty

Breakfast was underwhelming

This place is in need of serious renovation or it should close. Rust was everywhere. The faucet was not screwed down. Hair was on the floor. Hallway smelled of Marijuana. Will not stay there again.

The shower was very loud the room had a very sour smell to it. The breakfast was very limited. The hotel is old and needs improvements

Clean

Front desk warned me not to park at the far end of the hotel for risk of burglary. Bathroom was worn, dingy, towels were rough enough to use as sand paper. Flooring in the room was gapped and uneven collecting dirt and grime. Table surfaces were sticky and felt unclean. The curtains were cheap and could not blockout the intense light from the lights in the parking lot aka the crime deterrent!

The room cold use a little updating. It also had a moldy smell

Breakfast was hardly there. Tub had ring in it.

The front desk Clerk Adam was such a gem he was very pleasant and professional made me and my family feel very comfortable and Welcomed very clean and quiet property will be back again just for leisure Thank you Adam

I had requested a handicap accessible room but none was available. One of the light bulbs was blown. There was no remote control for the TV. I had to go to the front desk several times to resolve this issue. The remote did not work Friday night. The power turned on and you could only adjust the volume, higher.

Saturday morning I went to see what was on the menu for the continental breakfast. The only things that were offered was waffles, cold cereal, and bananas.

I returned to the front desk regarding the remote control and was given one that worked. Unfortunately, the closed captions were on and I couldn’t remove it. The manager had to come in a reprogram the remote to remove it.

The beds were comfortable and the location was idea.

Breakfast badly needs an upgrade--all that was available was cereal and waffles (with no butter!). Add yogurt with fruit, pastries, bananas, hard-boiled eggs.

Mold all in the room and nasty tub, was moved to another room that had water coming from out the floor.

Towels are old and itchy the room smelled off almost dingy

Review:

Our stay was absolutely terrible. The rooms were dirty and smelled like mildew—there’s clearly a serious mold issue throughout the building. My brother’s room was entered by staff, and all his full Coke cans were stolen. Shockingly, the fridge was refilled the next day with bottles of Coke like nothing happened—completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I had my 150-pound disabled dog with me and was forced to carry him and all our luggage up the stairs because the hotel has no elevator. The hotel is not accessible and extremely inconvenient.

My brother and his two workers also had a horrible experience. The “breakfast” consisted of cereal only—this place is not what it advertises and should honestly be shut down for health and safety reasons.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The rooms had mold everywhere in the rooms. I had to go buy my own clean products & bedding to feel comfortable enough to sleep there.

Outdated cleanliness was ok staff were great.
