Amazing!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Toronto. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating — especially when I ran into an issue with my card. They handled everything with patience and professionalism, which made the experience completely stress-free.

A special thank you to Ardiz and David, who went above and beyond to place me in an amazing room with a stunning view of the CN Tower. It truly made my trip memorable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Staff was increible and dave at the front desk made us feel so welcomed.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. The lady that made my omelet was singing while she cooked was fabulous. Ordered pepperoni pizza for dinner it was very good.

Cons:

They need a ramp that goes to the main doors from the restaurant.

Azure restaurant and Bar top notch
Pros:

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Azure Restaurant and Bar. The service was outstanding, and I would especially like to commend our waitress, Rhodena, who provided the best service our family has ever experienced. Her kindness and attentiveness toward our son were truly remarkable—she went above and beyond to make the experience extra special for him.
A sincere thank you as well to Chef Mat for thoughtfully preparing a special meal that accommodated our son’s recent braces being placed. That level of care and attention did not go unnoticed.
The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly give 100 stars if possible.
