Hotel consigliato, comodo per le attrazioni principali di Toronto e vicinissimo a tutti i mezzi di trasporto per la visi
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, vicinissimo a Union Station e praticamente di fianco alla CN Tower, camera ampia e silenziosa e letti comodi.

Cons:

Se avete la colazione compresa nel prezzo fate molta attenzione, non andate al ristorante al piano terra, ma alla sala più piccola all’ottavo piano (quanto meno, informatevi bene) il primo giorno noi ci siamo sbagliati e ci hanno addebitato circa 25 euro a testa (ci hanno avvisati a colazione ormai iniziata e andavamo di fretta, dato che avevamo il pullman in partenza per Niagara Falls). La cosa ci ha un po’ infastiditi, dato che ci avevano pure chiesto il numero di camera prima di farci accomodare, nulla comunque che possa avere rovinato il nostro soggiorno.

Great base for a city break.
Pros:

Perfect location and very comfortable base for a city break. Breakfast was amazing and room was very comfy. Room service was great and reasonable. The gym is well equipped and the service is great.

Cons:

It’s a small thing but beds could be bigger. We are a family of four and queen beds and room were a little tight.

Amazing Staff
Pros:

The staff was top notch from start to finish very personable. The house keeping staff noticed our sink wasn't draining properly and that the battery was low on the door security. Victoria went above and beyond to get these matters looked after promptly without any disruption or inconvenience to our stay . The maintenance staff and security staff were very professional.
We had lovely room overlooking the pool and a view of the CN tower.

Cons:

We were here for a dance competition that happened to be on the Jays opening weekend. I had my 2 night Fri Sat room booked since Aug 2025. Which at that time the rooms were about $250. 00 more than last year same time same room 1 room 2 double beds .
I tried to book a third night about a month and a half ago . The price for the same room Thurs night was almost $700.00 . I only stayed 2 nights
