Gran ubicación y amabilidad del personal.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel y la amabilidad del personal que nos atendió, todos fueron muy amables. Incluso nos pudieron cambiar de habitación sin problema y recuperaron un peluche de mi hija con el cuidado correspondiente.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they have a daily 25 CAD amenities charge that they charge and it’s not shown as part of the daily price even though it’s added even if you use the amenities or not. Feels like a rip off.

Terrible coffee .., Tim Hortens . Keurig was horrible . I asked for a nespresso but the response of classic room versus premium room was absolutely cheap for a hotel like this . What discrimination. And unwelcoming

Cons:

Die Kosten für Amenity sind ein Witz und unwürdig. Nur versteckte Einnahmen. 5% auf Laundry??? Wer braucht das sonst anderes als Hotelgäste. Free local Calls??? Was soll das denn?? Darum nur 6 Punkte.

Where you need to stay in Toronto
Pros:

Very clean, classy venue with outstanding service and helpful concierge. The room was comfortable and the location in the middle of downtown couldn't be any better. This place was recommended to me by a close friend who visited with his family previously and everything he stated was true. Would pay it forward and recommend it to anyone else planning a trip to Toronto.
