Ich war 11 Tage Gast im Ootel und im gesamten Zeitraum wurde weder mein Mülleimer geleert noch wurde einmal mein Zimmer gefegt bzw. Staub gesaugt. Es standen zwei Liegen drin, deren Stoff schon teilweise in Fetzen herunterhing. Und auf diese Liegen wurde jeweils eine dicke Schaumstoffauflage gelegt. Es gab wohl auch Frühstück, worauf man mich nicht hingewiesen hat oder mir wenigstens die Frühstückszeit genannt hätte. Heute bei meiner Abreise sah ich das Buffet, welches im Foyer vor der Rezeption aufgebaut war. Hygienisch für mich inakzeptabel, weil dort neue Gäste empfangen und Abreisende auschecken. Ich werde dort niemals wieder Gast sein. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas "Abseits"(ehemalige "DDR- Plattenbau- Siedlung Marzahn ") mit ÖPNV jedoch gut an das Stadtzentrum angebunden.
Das Zimmer war für mich nicht "angenehm" . Es war im Prinzip ein schlichtes "Dach über dem Kopf" mit intergriertem Bad/WC und einem Bett.
Es gab zwar noch einen kleinen Tisch und Stuhl aber bis auf eine kleine Plastik- Hakenleiste keinen Ort für Garderobe , Gepäck und Schuhe. Es gab nur eine, von der Tür aus bedienbare Lampe die sich an der Decke über dem Bett befand.
Die Lampe war voller toter Insekten.
Die Tür zum Bad klemmte auf dem Bodenbelag. Keine Handtücher .

Pros:

A pessoa na recepção não falava inglês e não tentou nenhuma ver me entender. Mas sempre foi cordial. (Eu acho). Elevador tinha um aviso que so poderiam 3 pessoas juntas o que me preocupou.

Nao consumi nada no local.

O acesso a transportes é facil, pode aer atendido por mais de 1 linha.

Quarto estava limpo, banheiro tinha uma coisa ou outra meio estranha (mosquitos mortos) mas nada de muito horrível.

Mercado ao lado facilitoi.. mas nao abre aos domingos

Primeiramente cheguei no quarto e tinha um pacote de camisinha aberto do lado da cama. Além disso o cartão de acesso ao quarto não funcionava e toda hora tinha que descer na recepção e pedir para magnetizar. Toalha de banho tão pequena que parecia de rosto, travesseiro péssimo, tampa da vaso quebrada, aquecedor não funcionava, cortina não era blackout.

Je trouve sa inadmissible d’avoir un mariage sans prévenir nous avons la chambre juste au dessus de la salle de mariage que vous louer on et venue pour se reposer on peux même pas dormir sa tranble dans notre chambre . La salle de bain c’est inadmissible aussi c’est moisie dans les joins je peux même pas me laver dans la chambre sa sans la cigarette inadmissible aussi nous somme dans l’obligation de changer d’hôtel on doit cherche un nouvel hôtel à la dernière minute c’est pas correct du tout je vais donc envoyer un mail à expédia pour dire que rien ne va dans votre hôtel. nous sommes partis de l’hôtel le jour même j’ai dû relouer une autre chambre près de Berlin, je vais voir pour demander un report Total de l’hébergement
