Klare Weiterempfehlung für einen Trip in oder um Sarande
Pros:

Neu, modern, sehr freundliches Personal und gutes und gesundes Frühstück.

Cons:

Kleine Distanz (50min zu Fuß) von der Innenstadt. Wenn man ein Auto hat, sind die Straßen vor Ort sehr abenteuerlich.

The perfect getaway — beautiful place and even more beautiful souls!
Pros:

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because everything was just perfectly perfect! 😍 The hotel is super clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. But the absolute best part? The staff — especially the young guys at the reception!

They were beyond friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed, literally anything. Their kindness and positive vibes made our entire stay extra special. We genuinely had such a fun and relaxing time, and it wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Thank you to the sweetest team at Serenada! You guys made our trip unforgettable. 💖 Can’t wait to come back again!

Honestly… there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect from start to finish!
From the cleanliness, to the atmosphere, to the incredibly sweet and helpful staff — it was all amazing. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Pros:

An amazing hotel! Especially the staff - everyone knows their guests, is helpful, and always has recommendations! The view is incredible. During the day, it’s perfect for sunbathing and swimming in the pool, and in the evening, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel with all the facilities you’d want, rooftop pool and parking is a massive advantage of the hotel. Best sunsets we’ve seen! Gorgeous staff, super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you - special mention to Claudia at reception and Armando and Rico on the service team - Thanks for a really special stay. The bed was huge and room quiet and comfortable. Only room for improvement were some more allergy friendly bedding options (I’m allergic to feathers) and vegan food options at the breakfast buffet. The staff did help with adjustments within their gift which was appreciated. Can’t recommend Glow enough (ps, get the sea view room, it’s worth it!)

Luxurious stay in Sarandë with top staff
Pros:

We had the junior suite with sea view balcony, which was lovely. We kept the windows open at night and heard the sea rushing.

Cons:

This hotel is very new and of course nothing is perfect from the first go. As coffee enthousiasts we like to have a coffee in the morning, there was no espresso machine in our room. The TV was a bit awkwardly placed, it would be nice if you could swivel it to the bed or couch. Please mind these are two very minor points of improvement, the rest was PERFECT.
