Nothing. It was amazing

We were extremely disappointed with our stay.
The hotel looks completely different in reality from the impression created by the photos on Booking.com. The rooftop and pool area were one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, but in reality the pool is extremely small and the rooftop feels much more cramped and surrounded by neighbouring buildings and rooftops than the photos suggest.
The pictures on Booking.com are taken from very selective angles and give the impression of a much larger, more luxurious and open rooftop area with a wide sea view. Once you are actually there, the reality is very different.
We spoke directly with the hotel management because we wanted to leave early and asked for a refund for the remaining unused nights. They refused completely, despite our dissatisfaction and despite the significant difference between the presentation online and the actual property.
For us, this was a very disappointing experience and we would not have booked this hotel if the photos had represented the property more realistically.
I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Hôtel un peu excentré du centre ville dans un quartier qui semble relativement récent. Des restaurants à 2 pas mais ce n’est pas très vivant, manque de charme.
On pourrait aussi regretter que l’hôtel n’ait pas négocié de parasol/transat avec les hôtels situés en front de mer.

The air conditioning was weak, and the room was not cool enough for the Albanian summer.

Der Pool schliesst um 19.00, die Bar schliesst um 22.00.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wir konnten unsere Nachbarn sprechen hören.

Wij hadden een balkon maar deze was afgesloten, wij hadden bijna geen natuurlijk licht op de kamer.

we specifically booked and paid for a Seaview room, but when we arrived, our room was on the first floor and had no Seaview whatsoever. The hotel staff confirmed that Booking.com lists these rooms as Seaview rooms, even when they don’t actually have a proper view of the sea. I think this is quite misleading, and it would be much better if Booking.com clearly stated “partial Seaview” where applicable, particularly as guests are paying extra for the Seaview room.

The bathroom also had a noticeable smell of urine throughout our stay. I can’t say whether this was an issue with all of the bathrooms, but it was unpleasant and noticeable whenever we used ours.

Another major issue was the noise. The booking description states that the rooms are soundproof, but this really wasn’t the case at all. We could hear doors closing, conversations and general noise from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. On one night, we were woken at around 3am by guests in the room next door singing and playing music. It was disruptive and made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. I ended up having to use white noise on most nights just to try to block out the noise, which isn’t really what you expect when you’re looking for a relaxing hotel stay. Calling the rooms “soundproof” is, in our experience, very far from accurate.

The breakfast was okay and did the job, but there wasn’t a huge amount of choice or variation.

Overall, the hotel wasn’t a terrible stay, but the misleading Seaview description, bathroom smell and particularly the lack of soundproofing really took away from the experience. I would recommend the hotel review how the rooms are described on Booking.com so guests know exactly what they are paying for.

They charge you for a lot of services that I’m my opinion should be provided for Free (beach towells, ironing). Also, the pool is very small, doesn’t look like in the photos

Es war sehr hellhörig.

Pas suffisamment de variété au petit déjeuner, ce qui est dommage compte-tenu du prix du séjour au sein de l’établissement.

Deși am ales în mod conștient o cameră fără balcon, am simțit lipsa unui suport pentru uscarea prosoapelor. A fost destul de dificil să le uscăm pe parcursul șederii. Un suport simplu pentru prosoape ar fi fost foarte util și ar fi îmbunătățit considerabil confortul camerei.
