Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und modern eingerichtet.
Toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse mit Rooftop Pool.
Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Top Lage um die Strände bei Saranda und Ksamil zu erkunden.

Cons:

Die ersten zwei Tage gab es Frühstück al a carte dann Buffet. Das Buffet hatte eine super Auswahl.
Uns hat nur die Info darüber gefehlt warum es die ersten Tage anderes war.

Beautiful, modern hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very modern with big rooms, very clean and well located. The pool area on top is beautiful and overall we were very happy with the hotel.

Cons:

On our floor some guests had a party in the night and were loud. We had to call the reception several times before it got quiet. We offered to change the room to another floor but they said no. Because of we were there before peak season, they didn't have a breakfast buffet we had to choose an a la carte menu.

Pros:

Amazing hotel with a very nice location, beautiful rooms and everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent.

What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the reception and the guys working at the hotel and restaurant. They made us feel comfortable from the first moment and were always kind and helpful.

Lovely people, great atmosphere and excellent service. I will certainly come back and I 100% recommend this hotel.

Loved the hotel and dispite the small negatives I would stay again
Pros:

Fantastic staff , lovely property , staff literally could not do enough for you.

Cons:

No food served after breakfast, now I know it was the start season but when you consider there are not many food options of quality around it actually made you leave rather than stay and spend money so although you may spend on wages for Kitchen staff the area is crying out for good food

Pros:

An amazing hotel! Especially the staff - everyone knows their guests, is helpful, and always has recommendations! The view is incredible. During the day, it’s perfect for sunbathing and swimming in the pool, and in the evening, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset. I highly recommend it!
