Very enjoyable stay with a big comfortable bed and good breakfast. The staff were very friendly staff
Pros:

The suite was a big size and nicely furnished with a balcony side view and the view was pretty good. It was immaculately clean and well kept inside and outside.

Cons:

The tea from the flask was cold.

Очень всё красиво. Красивый вид на море, что на завтраке, что на бассейне, что из номера.
Стильный и модный отель.
Добрый и вежливый персонал, отдельное спасибо хочется сказать работнику Армандо, всегда был готов прийти на помощь, интересовался, как прошёл наш день, улыбался. Возникало ощущение, что знаем его всю жизнь.

Cons:

Наверное слишком высокая цена. И чуть чуть плохо помытые зеркала в номере. Больше нет никаких минусов.

Pros:

Hotelli ja huone olivat siistit, erilliset rantapyyhkeet anneettin, ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Kova peitto ja tyyny, todella huono äänieristävyys (kaikki ääni kuului esim käytävältä), kahta huonekorttia ei annettu, joten ilmastointia ei saanut päiväksi päälle (+ kun ilmastoinnin laittoi päälle, ilma oli yöllä joko todella kylmä tai jos se oli sammunut niin hyvin kuuma), aamiaisella mehu oli huono ja siellä panostettiin turhiin asioihin esim hilloihin (aamiainen oli kuitenkin hyvin suppea), hotellilla ei ollut omaa rantaa, joten sitä sai metsästää.

Perfecto para un viaje de desconectar y intentar no preocuparte de nada.
Pros:

El hotel precioso con un ambiente moderno pero acogedor. Los trabajadores siempre estaban a tu disposición y siempre súper amables y ayudándote en todo a cualquier hora del día. Te facilitan el cambio de moneda siempre lo necesitas.

Pros:

The property is clean, and the staff are excellent. Armando and Claudia were especially helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants, bars, and cash machines within easy walking distance.

The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong and did not reach the balcony or the rooftop pool area reliably.

La situation d’une chambre face à un escalier dont l’isolation phonique est un peu légère n’est pas le meilleur atout pour passer une bonne nuit de sommeil

Pros:

Wonderful experience, will definitely come back!Beautiful property, but the real highlight is the staff. The team is incredibly polite, extremely professional, and very empathetic. I had a great time in every aspect. If I return to Saranda, I will absolutely choose this hotel again!

Loved our stay here, would stay again!
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here! Very helpful staff who helped us organise our car rental and were attentive. Clean and comfortable and great location. There is a lovely restaurant at the bottom of the property. I would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

I would have loved more options for breakfast.
