Plush feeling, blankets perfect. Jonathan was wonderful.
Towels too small.
Rooms were super cute, but they felt a little dated
No good amenities. They had a bar and a gym, but no pool and no room service (breakfast aside)
Amazing location!! Very quiet and easy parking, really cool bar vibe and the rooms are tastefully done. Big shout out to Niko!
Super cute boutique hotel newly renovated in the heart of Beverly Hills. Clean, comfortable, and well managed. Must stay.
Wonderful job on the renovation. Great staff and immaculate room. Highly recommend. Nika and Randy were extremely helpful.
Everything was perfect, cozy, clean, chill!
Everything perfect
What a wonderful experience I had at the property. Every staff member was courteous, personable, and professional. The room, although cozy, was decorated in a more European style. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
The atmosphere was very relaxing. I found myself lingering in the lobby, enjoying the music and partaking in their happy hour.
I look forward to returning.
This hotel was marketed as an upscale brand new boutique hotel in a fabulous neighborhood. It is indeed in a fabulous neighborhood, nothing more. Take a tired property, with insanely small bathrooms, add some trendy wallpaper and percale sheets and you've got the idea. The most insane amenity, is a "scent" that's piped in EVERYWHERE in the hotel. What at first was a pleasant enough smell, turned into a nightmare of assaulting odors, so oppressive, we kept waking up throughout the night. The windows don't open as they are painted shut. You are trapped with no fresh air, just tired individual air conditioners built into the wall, helping to circulate the sprayed aroma. We had a sleepless night on fabulous sheets. We checked out the next day, but our pjs still smelled of that annoying scent.
Hotel Lili was such a great find. The rooms are cute and thoughtfully designed with a cozy, stylish vibe that makes it easy to settle in right away. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Lauryn and Nika were both so warm and welcoming, and they genuinely made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. The entire place has this upbeat, happy energy that’s hard to miss. I’d absolutely come back.
This is a gem of a boutique hotel (newly opened). The building is charming. Staff friendly and attentive. Our room and bathroom was spacious and, quiet! Bedding comfortable. Every inch was clean. Not to mention its a GREAT LOCATION.
Decoration and location were super good
The air conditioning was a real nightmare. Unfortunately, it’s centrally controlled, meaning all rooms are set to the same temperature, which is far from ideal since guests have different comfort needs.
During our stay, outdoor temperatures were around 15–20°C (so not particularly warm days), yet the rooms were freezing. We repeatedly woke up in the middle of the night feeling very cold, likely because another guest had requested a lower temperature.
We contacted reception several times to adjust it, but were eventually told that the system is centralized and there was nothing they could do. That said, a simple solution could be to provide covers or a way to block the AC vents for guests who prefer not to have cold air blowing into the room.
Because of this issue, I would not choose to stay here again, as comfort should be a basic expectation in any hotel.
