Worst Experiences Ever- do NOT book!
Pros:

Worst hotel experience ever! Room smelled like mildew! Connection to the internet from my room is horrible! Complain about it and they show it works (ahh yea duh it’s in the lobby). Wake up to a mad looking in your window!!

Poor and not a chance
Pros:

Carpet held together by duct tape, the welcome was a very disinterested staff member where I felt more like an inconvenience than a paying customer. The shower window seal was moldy and gross. Paying what I paid and had to deal with a window unit for an A/C was not what I expected. No cleaning service either.

AVOID this hotel
Pros:

Smells bad in the room. Dirty beds and carpet. Very loud AC outside making it hard to sleep. Expensive parking. The only good is the location. But the rooms are just too disgusting

Urine….need I say more
Pros:

My cheap boss made me stay here for work because he wouldn’t pay for a better hotel for me for work. He lives in a mansion and put me in this nasty urine smelling hotel. I do not recommend this rat motel and would suggest staying on the street in a tent versus this place.

Budget friendly
Pros:

Great location and wonderful little hotel bar. Close to walking thru Beverly Hills. Suggest if you are on a budget and don't mind a little funky decor.

Got the Got the Job Done — Barely done
Pros:

The staff was welcoming, helpful, and very nice. However, there were some major downsides. There is no coffee or breakfast on site. The sister hotel they referred us to, which has the gym, pool, and dining amenities, only had coffee available because the chef did not show up that day.

The rooms were just okay and did not look like the photos on the website or Instagram. We stayed in Room 105, which felt a bit dingy. This room faces the parking lot so we couldn't open the windows to let light in because there was foot traffic literally right outside our window. The TV did not work, a few lamps had burnt-out bulbs, and the bathroom was very small. The shower, in particular, was tiny.

The location is great if you are in town for work, but overall, this would not be my choice for a leisure stay.

These people ignore all communications.
Pros:

I made a reservation and then sent a small query several times by both email and directly on their website. They ignored me each and every time without bothering to reply. So rude, so I cancelled my reservation. What a waste of time.

Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed In
Pros:

When I walked into the lobby I got hit with a hideous smell. Got my key to go to my room on the 2nd floor. The check-in gal told me I could use the dolly which was nice. Only problem was the dolly does not fit in the tiny elevator. Got off elevator, carpet looked like a CSI crime scene. Opened the door to my room & almost vomited from the smell. A NEW bad smell, much different & much worse than the lobby. It smelled like men's really cheap cologne. It was unbearable but I was running out to dinner and leaving early in the A.M. so I figured I'd deal with it and I told myself I would get used to it. I was wrong. The room itself is super tiny. Drapes looked like they were as old as the hotel. Broken & ripped. Lots of black mold in corners of tiny bathroom. Counter was filthy with unknown drips & stains. Sink was cracked like a spider web. 3 good items were a little fridge, cold window A/C, and friendly little bar when I returned from dinner. Yes it is inexpensive compared to most neighboring hotels, but they could absolutely do a lot better. I left hours ago and still can't get that bad cologne smell out of my nose!! :/ Worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Pros:

They’re remodeling November 2025 so maybe that’s why the place smelled so bad. They really weren’t in to the present. Like why bother? Maybe that’s why the purchase was non-refundable because we would have immediately turned around and walked out. Loved the staff though. They were excellent
