Great location in North Adams!
Pros:

Nice room with great views of the hills to the west (great view of foliage). Pool/hot tub was excellent to relax in. Perfect location to walk over to Mass MoCA and other spots in the area. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

TV remote didn't work but facilities quickly came and reattached the sensor. Continental breakfast was very basic. Room rate was a bit high (and reflected time of year and it being a weekend).

Great location and comfortable stay, with some room for improvement in breakfast selection.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, making it very convenient for exploring the Mohawk Trail and Mount Greylock. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay overall.

Cons:

The breakfast selection could be improved by adding some hot food options. Currently, it mostly features small cupcakes and pre-packaged pastries, which are a bit too sweet for our taste. Having some warm, savory items would make the morning experience much better.

Extremely overpriced for what you get
Pros:

The location was very convenient for my travel plans.

Cons:

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The air conditioner unit was in bad condition and didn’t work well. The TV only had basic cable and no smart TV capabilities. The ice bucket was dirty/moldy, and there was a single unclean ice machine in the dingy basement. This would have been acceptable for $150 a night, but for $350+, this experience was extremely disappointing.

Wir konnten aus unser Nachbarzimmer schnarchen und Hundebellen hören als ob keine Wand oder Tür zwischen den Zimmer vorhanden war. Frühstück war eine Kaffeebar mit trockenes Gebäck und eine Banane. Preis Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis für unsere Buchung
