Would stay again, great location!
Pros:

The lobby has different galleries that are interesting to walk through and it is also bright with refreshing water available all day and night. The staff were also friendly. The hotel location is excellent being downtown North Adams, it is very easy to walk to restaurants and Mass Moca.

Cons:

The bathrooms need to be updated, the wallpaper is very old along with the shower and vanity.

Visiting family in the area the staff was wonderful very friendly and helpful

Parking lot was not in best shape and sometimes hard to find a spot Also bathrooms very small

toilet is too low...for the elderly or even slightly disabled a support bar would be most helpful.
Bed was made, clean sheets but was made very sloppily
