A great place to stay in Kutaisi
Pros:

Great location in Kutaisi, if you are traveling from a bus station the next day. Great and friendly host. We were the only guests in the house.

Cons:

There was a wrong location in google maps which i edited to the correct location now

This is a great hotel, amazing staff, cleanliness, food, environment. I especially liked the courtyard of the hotel, with lots of plants and fruit trees..Thank you for the day spent here.
