Love the consistency of Holiday Inn.
Pros:

The usual fabulous room and great breakfast.

Cons:

The shower drain was very slow draining. The sink also for room 224.

This was the best hotel and most reasonable on our 10 day roadtrip. Thank you!

Spacious room
Full breakfast - great selection and food was hot
Fresh brewed coffee machine worked great
Very clean
Outlets were accessible- good locations
Lighting was good
Good size TV
Staff was friendly, curious and helpful
Patio- loved the fireplace

Cons:

The call button for the 4th floor elevator was out of order but the staff had a good fix for it.
Not enough ice machines.
Need better ice machines- only dispensed small amounts of ice at a time.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Clean, quiet, close to a lovely town with everything, easy on and off highway & great breakfast.

Cons:

What i don't understand about IHG properties is why doesn't they bedding fit the mattress? Sheets too small for mattress. Comforter too small as well. Don't get it.

Wonderful stay with great service.
Pros:

This is our 2nd return trip to the Ohio Grand Valley wine district and we will stay here everytime we return. The breakfast area is great in offerings, and cleanliness. We needed a stomach medicine in the night and found their simple shop had what we needed.

Cons:

I always need a 2nd blanket (should have asked at the desk as I'm sure they would have provided) and pillows are notoriously thick. A mix of full and flatter pillows would be awesome.

I woud return
Pros:

Cleanliness - especially breakfast area. The staff member who worked Sun 8/30 was quick to replace hot food items. Worked hard. Food was varied & good! Front desk clerk - very cheerful.

Cons:

For a while, the kitchen storage or prep room, music was turned up way too loud. I asked him to turn it down & he did. But no one wants to hear rock music after participating in winery events the day before ;-)

Rooms are a bit too pricey.
