Indoor poor was freezing cold we stay every year and it’s always cold but this year was miserable, the kids didn’t even want to swim.

No sleep; no help
Cons:

There were high school students (from other teams) running through the halls all night. I had athletes who had to compete early. I called the desk around 12:30 AM To ask them to get a handle on the situation. The noise didn’t stop for a few more hours. Absolutely no sleep. We stayed with you to get a good nights sleep prior to the highest level of high school athletic competition. We might as well have gotten up at 3:00 AM AND MADE THE 5 hour drive that morning. At least we would have saved $400.

Good the first day

Cons:

No water, no way to wash or flush toilets, wondered how they can cook and serve food when there was no running water! Only got a 25 dollar discount after complaining, not at time of check out!

Very happy, we booked our return trip there
Pros:

Great food options for breakfast. Only thing I would have added is maybe a granola if some kind.

Cons:

The safe that was on the bottom of the closet. Was too low for me to use. At my age was too hard to bend down and easily read it. Maybe a small table underneath would have lifted it to use.
