Pros:

A very good option if you want to stay close to the station (not the most interesting area of Kyoto, but well-connected). The room and the beds were quite comfortable and there is a laundry just outside.

Cons:

The only defect is that the room did not have a desk or table of any kind.

不安と不快
Pros:

場所は京都駅から歩いて10分もかからないぐらいで、良かったです。近くにコンビニやコインランドリーもありますし、食べるお店も少し歩けばあるので困りません。

Cons:

電子キーが壊れており作動せず、ずっと施錠されないままでした。
夜到着し気づいたのですが、遅かったため内鍵をかけて眠り、朝出かけるときに、メールと直接電話で「鍵が壊れているので直しておいてほしい」と伝えました。（電話対応をしたのは日本人ではないスタッフでした）

鍵のことなので、すぐに対応してくれるものだと思っていたのですが、夜に戻ったときにも鍵は直っておらず、一日中鍵が開きっぱなしだったことが分かりとても不安になりました。
あわてて受付スタッフに確認したところ、引き継ぎもされておらず、メールも確認されていなかったことがわかりました。

結局、電子キーは電池切れだったようで、電池を替えたら直りました。そのときに対応してくれた日本人スタッフはとても良い対応でした。

しかし、念のためにメールだけでなく、電話でも「鍵が壊れていて施錠できない」ことを伝えているのに、全く対応がされないホテルは基本的なところで問題が大きいと思います。

The location was good because we were close to Kyoto station. We could leave our luggage before check in time; this gave us the opportunity to go in the city without any problems.

Tout était parfait et au delà des attentes pour le prix si raisonnable.
Pros:

Il y a tout le nécessaire et même plus, comme les chaussons offerts. Pas de café dans la chambre mais il y a des distributeurs partout 👍
Très facile d’accès depuis la gare principale. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande vivement !

價錢算合理，獨立衛浴還不錯，走了一天還能有浴缸泡澡。

冰箱好像沒有製冷功能，還放著上一位旅客留下的垃圾，傻眼。
