Struttura in centro, molto comoda da raggiungere. Accoglienza e disponibilità veramente eccellenti. Personale gentile, solare, non invadente, preciso e veloce, sia in presenza sia telefonicamente e per mail.
La stanza molto accogliente, pulita, con tutto il necessario e curata.
Colazione servita in camera puntale, con tutto ciò che avevo richiesto, covo buono e vassoio preparato e portato con cura e gentilezza.
Veramente un soggiorno ottimo!

Costo abbastanza contenuto, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, posizione centrale e ideale per turismo e per viaggiatori senza auto

Cons:

1) Il sito indica la disponibilità di parcheggio; in realtà l’hotel si trova in zona non accessibile in automobile e circondato da zone pedonali. È comunque prevista una convenzione con il Comune a tariffe agevolate, informazione utile che sarebbe opportuno specificare più chiaramente già in fase di prenotazione.
2) La connessione Wi-Fi nella stanza risultava piuttosto lenta e non ideale per lavorare online. Ho quindi dovuto ricorrere all’hotspot del mio telefono. Forse in altre aree della struttura la qualità del segnale è migliore, ma nel mio caso non lo è stata.
3) Durante la notte il riscaldamento era spento, nonostante le condizioni climatiche fredde e umide, con conseguente riduzione del comfort.

Non tornerò, questo è poco ma sicuro.
Pros:

Buona posizione, colazione abbastanza soddisfacente, personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Quello che è stato descritto come "parcheggio privato" è letteralmente un parcheggio soltanto, per questo appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto girare per venti minuti abbondanti (a causa del traffico e delle ztl). Letto a dir poco scomodissimo, non ho quasi chiuso occhio anche per via di tutti i rumori che si sentono.

Ottimo per un weekend alla scoperta di Brescia!
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, super comodo per raggiungere il centro e i principali monumenti a piedi. Ottimo per passare un weekend o qualche giorno a Brescia. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti (per esempio tenere in deposito il bagaglio dopo il check out). Stanza spaziosa e con aria condizionata. Colazione semplice ma che può andar bene per i gusti di tutti (dal dolce al salato). Mi sono trovata bene e lo consiglierei a chi viaggia da solo con i mezzi (la stazione é a circa 10 minuti a piedi) e cerca una sistemazione in centro per qualche giorno.

Cons:

La sola cosa che non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative é stata il bagno nella mia stanza. Ovviamente non mi aspettavo un bagno nuovo da 4 stelle, ma soprattutto la doccia era un po'"antiquata" e in alcune parti decisamente usurata.
