Habitación con estilo japonés, con suelo de tatami. Onsen agradable y con horario amplio. Desayuno variado, con muchos platos japoneses y selección de productos occidentales, todo de buena calidad. Servicios complementarios interesantes como, por ejemplo, ramen gratuito por las noches. Situación perfecta junto al templo Senso-ji en Asakusa.

Cons:

El baño tenía un olor a tubería bastante desagradable. El personal podría haber sido más amable o informativo. Si necesitas esperar a la hora del check-in, no hay posibilidad de hacerlo en un lobby o similar.

I loved that the onsen facilities were truly relaxing. I liked the black water onsen. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind. There were also lots of great, authentic places to eat nearby!

Cons:

The location was a little far from our main transit line. The space itself was wonderful though! And right near the beating heat of Asakusa.

El lugar es muy acogedor y cómodo, estilo japonés; no se entra con zapatos al hotel. El spa es hermoso, lo disfruté mucho. La ubicación es genial. Desayuno maravilloso.

Excellent location, very clean and the onsen alone was worth the stay.
Pros:

Loved the onsen and that it was open overnight. This was very helpful to travellers with jet lag.
