Onsen. Colazione completa. I noodles a tarda notte.

The location was perfect for the first leg of our Japan trip. We took a direct train from Narita to Asakusa Station and walked to the hotel. The area was just behind the Sensoji Temple, with many other shops, restaurants, and places to explore. We enjoyed wearing their comfortable pajamas, going to onsens, having ice cream, and eating late-night noodles. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Nothing, but we were hoping to buy the same comfy pajamas from the hotel, but it's not available for sale.
Onsen, staff, everything was great
Staff: DISAPPOINTING and PLEASED. (READ BELOW)
Facilities: Wonderful Onsen and Supper.
Location: OKay - depending whether you find next to the amusement park a noisy one, but we are okay with it.
Cleanliness: Okay, but the toilet did have some sewage smell.
Room size: Small but okay for us as we did not have big luggage.
Staff: DISAPPOINTING | PLEASED. On the day i checked in, arrived at 12.30pm, i understand check in is 3.00pm. So i told her (Staff A) i can come back later this evening. Just process the necessaries. She took my passport. Did something. Concurrently i asked her about luggage transportation services. She could not understand much how to explain the process to me. So i told her it is okay, I'll sort out when i return in the evening. I came back at 9pm - was told to queue to check in AGAIN. This is because the lady in the afternoon did not check me in. This time, they told me to go to a machine to check in by myself. Half way through. The machine keeps asking lengthy questions, I have a child with me. I was frustrated as why did they not process during the day when i was there, and why did the lady take my passport and not do anything. Many hotels, do the necessaries with the checking in. And allocate the room when their official check in timing or room is ready. You can go in the morning and then leave your information and then go and do something else. In the end, The evening staff(Staff B) who was helping me with the machine check in, took a brochure to me and pointed 3pm to me, and asked me bluntly why am i upset. By this time, I was almost in tears as I was tired and my child was falling asleep at the front reception check in counter. As I have been trying to explain to him I have gone through the process of doing the necessaries at 12.30pm with Staff A. By this time, Staff B and a few others all stepped aside and ignored me. In the end, a Korean Staff by the name of KIM came to Save the Day. He doesn't have perfect English but we manage to communicate, he sorted the check in on his end without the machine that I was queueing to do, and he even helped out with Airporter service line by line with me. I am so very grateful and thankful to him. He keeps apologising that he does not have perfect english but his effort and conversation pace was SUPERB
