Everything was great
My only suggestion would be to give people the option of a stiff or soft pillow
Love that it is a traditional Japanese style hotel from the moment you walk in. Having to remove our shoes and place them in a free locker and having us clean the luggage wheels by rolling them on a wet carpet. Slippers were provided for outdoor and indoor use. I love that there was an Onsen. I didn't get to try it out, but my nephew did and said it was awesome. The late night Ramen was perfect timing when we arrived around 930pm. A much needed snack after a long day at Disney Sea. The breakfast was also traditional with soup and some American dishes like eggs pastries and fruity
My room was on the 5th floor facing the sun. It was a little warm at night and i had no air-conditioning but it was fine. I slept thru the night
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tokyo and would happily return. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport, while still offering a peaceful place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the onsen. It was beautifully maintained, incredibly relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind each evening. After long days walking around Tokyo, it felt like a real luxury.
The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and had a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Combined with its fantastic location and amazing onsen, it made my trip even more memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Loved the onsen! And the free noodles in the evening. Amazing location. Such cool places to eat and drink right round the corner.

I dare say this is truly the best hotel in Japan I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The hotel is beautiful with a charming traditional design. The natural onsen and hot springs were wonderful, and the sauna was a huge bonus. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Senso-ji Temple. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts were very good, and the complimentary soup served in the evening was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel.
The onsen is delightful. The location in Asakusa is super convenient and the neighbourhood has a very friendly atmosphere with lots of great food, drink and shopping options nearby. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of my favourite parts of my stay. Staff were lovely and I enjoyed the experience of walking around the hotel without shoes (due to the tatami mats covering the floors).
The bed and pillows, as others have mentioned, are quite hard by western standards. I asked for a softer pillow after a couple of nights and was given one without any issues.
Very central at Asakusa.
der Onsen mitten in Tokio und die Lage
die Zimmer waren etwas klein
