Great price, great location, clean and tidy
Pros:

Next to Mikawa-Anjo Station which is about a 30 minute train ride into Nagoya, very good for the price as Nagoya can be quite expensive when in the center

Cons:

寒かったので、浴槽にお湯をためて使用しました。入浴後、浴槽の栓を抜いたら排水口からお湯が逆流しました。お湯をためての使用はしていけなかったのでしょうか？トイレ側の床が浸水してタオルで拭ききれずチェックアウトまで濡れた状態になり、非常に不愉快でした。
部屋も見えるところはキレイにしてありますが、ちょっとしたところは掃除が行き届いてない感じでした。

素泊まりなので、十二分です。
Pros:

立地がよかった
JR本線、新幹線の両駅からアクセスから近くて良かったです。
アメニティーは1階のエレベーター前で、自分の必要な物だけ選べて、お茶、インスタントコーヒーもありました。
