親切で素敵なホテル
Pros:

スタッフの皆さん、とても対応が良く、宿泊予定を急に追加しましたが、お電話でも親切に調べてくださり、とても助かりました。

Cons:

お部屋のケトルが、劣化のせいか、お湯を沸かした後、プラスチック特有の臭いがしました。
あとは、机がわりとちいさいてす。
パソコンだけで仕事するなら十分な大きさでした。

駅近で、東刈谷に行くのに便利。
インスタントでもコーヒーがフリーで飲める。

Cons:

荷物置場の棚がなかった。
窓の外が隣ビルの壁で、全く景色が見れない。

残念。
Pros:

価格が安い。

Cons:

喫煙ルームしか空きがなかったのでそこに予約しました。ある程度は我慢するつもりでしたが、目に染みるほどタバコ臭、たとえ喫煙ルームであっても消臭に配慮が欲しかった。

朝7時前に非常ベルが鳴った。館内アナウンスが中々入らず廊下に宿泊客が出ていても暫く指示が出ない状態だった。
非常階段には鍵がかかっていて出られず、エレベーターも止まり、もし火災だった場合はスムーズには避難出来なかったと思う。日頃から従業員の災害時の訓練の必要性を感じた。
