Pros:

隣部屋からの音も聞こえず、部屋では快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

外からフロントに入るとタバコの臭いが強く、チェックインの際と、外出から戻った際に臭くてとても不愉快でした。

Cons:

寒かったので、浴槽にお湯をためて使用しました。入浴後、浴槽の栓を抜いたら排水口からお湯が逆流しました。お湯をためての使用はしていけなかったのでしょうか？トイレ側の床が浸水してタオルで拭ききれずチェックアウトまで濡れた状態になり、非常に不愉快でした。
部屋も見えるところはキレイにしてありますが、ちょっとしたところは掃除が行き届いてない感じでした。

素泊まりなので、十二分です。
Pros:

立地がよかった
JR本線、新幹線の両駅からアクセスから近くて良かったです。
アメニティーは1階のエレベーター前で、自分の必要な物だけ選べて、お茶、インスタントコーヒーもありました。

親切で素敵なホテル
Pros:

スタッフの皆さん、とても対応が良く、宿泊予定を急に追加しましたが、お電話でも親切に調べてくださり、とても助かりました。

Cons:

お部屋のケトルが、劣化のせいか、お湯を沸かした後、プラスチック特有の臭いがしました。
あとは、机がわりとちいさいてす。
パソコンだけで仕事するなら十分な大きさでした。
