No me pareció buena la relación precio calidad, por menos dinero y la misma experiencia habían muchas otras opciones
Excelente limpieza y atención.
Increíble el trato, el servicio, la predisposición del personal, todo. Teníamos un vuelo a las 12 de la noche y nos dejaron hacer un late checkout. Fuimos elegidos “guests of the day” y nos hicieron un upgrade a una suite increíble. La atención de cada empleado del hotel ha sido demasiado amable. La ubicación es perfecta.

Everything! Especially the warm, friendly, thoughtful staff! They went above and beyond again and again. Our second stay here within a week after a brief trip to Chile. I love the Sofitel Recoleta! 🥰

Some of the staff were less helpful than others. Also, the rooms need to be updated with more modern technology to be able to charge usb cables directly etc

I liked the staff and the location. The staff was warm, professional, and friendly. They made our stay very special indeed.
