I rented a bike and the staff was a little confused at to what to do with it at night. I don't think many of their clients rent bicycles for multiple days. But they were nice in finding a place to store the bicycle.

Sofitel Recoleta didn't disappoint - from check in, to our gorgeous room and huge bathroom to our turndown with chocolates all luxury. Dinner was up there with superb attentive service and breakfast way too many choices.
We had a lovely meal at the Alma. Rib eye was beautifully cooked and tender. Chocolate tart wonderful , topped with ice cream finished it off. Service from Ekaterina was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.
Fernando from the bar was outstanding with the service and drinks that he provided. He was amazing with his knowledge and selection of cocktails.
Very nice hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights prior to our cruise. We ate an afternoon meal in the hotel restaurant on the first day, and it was excellent! I would like to dine there again! I would like to stay at this hotel again; the staff was beyond friendly, service was excellent and the rooms were roomy and comfortable!
Comfortable bed, good location, great staff
We stayed at the Sofitel Recoleta Buenos Aires before joining our cruise. The Hotel is wonderful! We enjoyed eating dinner twice at Alma inside the hotel. Alma was the perfect place for a delicious and wonderful dinner. We were lucky to have our server, Ekaterina, both nights. Her suggestions both nights were perfect and service was excellent, we will miss having dinner at Alma.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
The staff treats you like family!! Nothing is impossible-they do everything. We do not eat late here is U.S. The hotel opened the restaurant 1/2 hour early 🥰 for us. The staff-especially Ekaterina & Iara. They were quick, no mistakes & took care of every special request gladly. I’m saving up to come to Sofitel Hotel in Buenos Aires again 🤩💕
What an absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location! The rooms are very comfortable with a huge bathroom, and a wonderful rainshower.
However, the BEST thing about this hotel is the entire staff!
I would give them 20 stars if I could. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. A friend I was traveling with, fell and was transported to a local hospital. The staff took such amazing care of me, and my friend. I will never be able to thank them enough for their kindness, helpfulnes, and exceptional service I received during a very stressful couple of days.

Our stay at the Sofitel has been amazing—great and attentive service. Fernando helped us chose an excellent Argentinian Malbec to accompany our dinner in the Alma Restaurant—both of which were fantastic!
Outstanding hotel. Absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff. We are nearing 70 years of age, and have countless hotel stays around the world. The Sofi Tel BA exceeds any previous stays. We truly hated to leave. The food is fantastic and fresh. We highly recommend this hotel. Awesome location too!!

The Sofitel excelled in service the great restaurant & bar & the lovely warm service from the staff. The location across from the Shopping complex was just ideal. A swim in the pool was a must! Highly recommened & would return here first!
