Booked last minute and it was a great price!
The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. This isn’t a big hotel or resort. It's an inn...kind of like a bed and breakfast. The restaurant had limited, very basic options, the towel changes happen every 2/3 days only...overall the photos are accurate, just pay attention to what's in each room based on what you need. Taxis are easy to get to and from here so that's good too.
En 2023 nos hospedamos en este hotel y una habitación no funcionaba el a/ c y nos cambiaron de habitación y todo muy bien nos gustó el servicio y las instalaciones , así que decidimos este agosto 2025 volver al mismo lugar , pues nos dieron la misma habitación el aire no funcionaba como en el año 2025 y 11 pm tuvieron que hacer cambio de la habitación la habitación no estuvo frió hasta las 2 am pues estaba muy caliente y después de eso llegó al breakfast y todo muy mal te dan dos o tres opciones y al momento de escoger una no tenían frijoles y el huevo estaba muy negro no habían limpiado la sartén , ya no tienen el breakfast buffet como en el 2023 el breakfast teni unas condiciones muy pobres , y no puede creer que no den mantenimiento al hotel desde el 2023 está fallando el a/c de la misma habitación ,, ah y el staff de enfrenta no te quieren otorgar toallas ni para la alberca ni para la habitación . No volveré a este hotel nunca más
Food service is not good and
it was a good place to stay, the staff is very gentle.
Extremely disappointed. Room had some nice features but there is obviously no upkeep or maintenance being done. Sink, faucet, and what looked like a Jacuzzi in the back were completely disgusting. Indoor pool had a rust or mold stain on the steps. Main pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks, cabana sofa disgustingly dirty. Bed sheets didn’t fit the bed, some were stained, and the comforter looked disgusting. Stove top but no pots or pans to cook with and vey few utensils and cups. The free breakfast basically was the same every day, either two eggs in three different styles, no meats, or two pancakes. If you want anything extra they charge you.
The room smelled like mold the smell was very strong and there was mold in the rooms
They don’t change towels and clean every 3 day our bed sheets were dirty and towels they offer breakfast free but you only choose one entry and the rest you pay
The property did not have water my whole stay and even they knew about it when I did the check in, I wasn't informed.
I contacted Hotels.com during my stay and told them about the situation and they said they will reach out to the property in order to have a refund.
Until this day the hotel didn't answer the calls or reply to any email. I asked Hotels.com about the refund and they didn't want to help because "the property didn't answer the calls or emails".
I needed to escalate the situation to upper management to get inly a partial refund.
Terrible experience from both sides.

I did not like this property , there was no running water for the days days I stayed there , breakfast was also not great we were told there would be a variety of food and we were served only eggs and watermelon , I found blood in my sheets and hair dirty and horrible place , I asked for a refund and I was told there was absolutely nothing that could be done front desk said “ I’m not authorized to give reimbursement” horrible experience and very unprofessional
El área de recepción y restaurante tiene detalles bonitos. El personal es muy amable a excepción de lo que parece que son los dueños que no dan ni los buenos días. Las opciones del desayuno son limitadas y carecen de sabor. Solicitamos el desayuno unos minutos antes para salir a tiempo en nuestro tour y no nos pudieron ayudar. La habitación tenía un olor a estar encerrada por mucho tiempo y en el baño un olor a agua estancada. La piscina se miraba con agua turbia, como que le faltaba filtración
As a travel agent loved the front desk staff , but as soon as i entered the restaurant there was no friendly greeting. For 15 minutes i was looked at but not asked anything and offered no suggestions. The item I wanted was unavailable. Front desk staff helped me.
The ac from the suit (2 beds & sofa) that i reserved was not working, after a few hours they offer me a room with only one bed and sofa and we were a family of 5, there was no way to sleep in a small room, I had to move the mattress from the upstairs to the downstairs in order to be able to sleep, I asked for a refund and they denied.

Based on previous reviews and photos, we were excited for our stay while we visited Xcaret park. However, upon arrival to our room, I noticed dirty walls in the hallway with bug residue. I was also disappointed that they assigned us a room on the 1st floor with little privacy. The walls inside our room were also visibly dirty. There was a foul smell coming from our bathroom sink along with small bugs all over the bathroom. There was no hand soap provided and when I asked the staff, they advised using the body soap found in the shower. It was the first time a hotel has not provided hand soap. The floors were dirty and the property has not been maintained. The only pros were that the staff were friendly, the pool was lovely & our booking included a free breakfast. My daughter comments that she is hopeful that this hotel will improve with proper attention.
Excelente ubicación a sólo mi minutos de los parques de Xcaret, las facilidades limpias y en condiciones para pasarla en familia. Buen servicio al cliente y muy atentos.
We really enjoyed the three bedrooms suite that accommodated our group well. The staff was friendly and very helpful arranging local affordable transportation for our group. We also enjoyed the large pool. Overall staying property was a great value for what we paid and we would definitely stay again.
Suggested areas of improvement.
A member of our group had an accident caused by the lack of maintenance of the irrigation covers that are in the middle of the walkways. It crumbled when stepped on causing multiple lacerations on their leg.
Lack of internet bandwidth to support our group’s needs. Internet in room only usable in the middle of the night.
The lack of a cable TV package or any broadcast or alternative TV signal made the televisions unusable.
Insufficient water pressure in one of the three bathrooms.
