Good value and location
Pros:

Location was perfect 👍

Cons:

Although it was mostly clean, the property is beat up. You can see it has a lot of wear and tear on the furniture. Also, the doors to outside were always open and the front desk person was rarely there.

We loved the pool and how close we were to the beach.

Cons:

My daughter found a pill on the floor and I’m not sure what kind it was. I disposed of it in the trash.

We reserved 2 king beds & when we got there we were told they only had one. The other room was dirty so we had to take one with queen beds. I also asked or a receipt twice & have yet to get one.

El olor de la habitación era Pésimo, el piso de la habitación sucio, la pared de la entrada a la habitación estaba manchada, desde la numeración de la habitación respecto a la señaletica estaba mal, el televisor no funcionaba correctamente con el control remoto, la cortina estaba completamente sucia no las han cambiado hace tiempo, los jabones que dan y el shampoo pésimo y las toallas sucias.

In town for a funeral
Pros:

Location was great. Short walk to the beach (yes I went even in the winter). Quite but that could have been due to it being off season.

Love the location. Sad everything around was closed
