Pros:

le service du préposer a l'accueil excellent nous sommes descendu pour partir a 5h 30 il a pris la peine de préparer le petit déjeuner et du café spécialement pour nous meme si le déjeuner commencait a 6h.

Pros:

The gentleman working the night shift was extremely helpful in locating a parking spot, as we were pulling a trailer, and there was limited parking available in the hotel parking area. Another gentleman, who I assume was the owner, was also greeting guests at breakfast, and making sure that everything was running smoothly. Overall, it was a clean, friendly, comfortable experience.

We stayed at this hotel one night. I found a ($10) discounted rate online so I booked it online and not at the actual hotel.
When we checked in they explained to us that rooms are distributed by how much people pay and because we paid online to a third-party and got a discount we would not get a “regular” room but a “third-party” room? We were walked to our room and it was in the basement! There was another guest room and a storage room down there. We half jokingly asked are we being put down in the basement because of our ($10) discounted rate and he never answered!
I have booked hotel rooms online before and this has never happened to me! We ended up staying because we were not allowed a refund.
The room was just OK, but I have seen worse rooms. I don’t know where all the wonderful reviews came from. I’m wondering if it was friends and family members? Or it was people who booked on their website and got a (better) room on the upper floors!?!
At check out, we were reminded again that we get what we pay for so in the future make sure we book at the hotel website and not online!
So the whole experience was just strange and weird and I’ve never experienced that before! (Just a warning if you book online, there are other hotels in this area if you don’t want to take the chance of being put in the basement!)

Pros:

They were very nice with getting us checked in early before heading to Hershey park.

Cons:

When breakfast was open everything was cold. A lot of things were empty or outdated. We had to go to the front desk at 11pm from kids running and pounding on the floor, to find out it was either a worker/owners kids running around.

Wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

We had enough room for our party of 5 to sleep comfortably.

Cons:

There was mold in the shower and the shower didn't drain well. Breakfast was OK but it seemed like staff was limiting beverages.

The bathroom while clean, smells bad. It had the smell of clothes that were stored while still wet. It also does not have a single towel rack!!

Don't stay here
Cons:

The rooms were disgusting, furniture was broken down. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel for the night because I did not feel safe and when I called and asked if I could get a refund, the person on the phone raised their voice at me. I then called their management company and was told maybe they yelled at me because they were upset that I didnt tell them before leaving. I said I literally just got done finished telling you i did not feel safe. Why would I tell them I'm leaving?
So anyways, please don't stay here.
