Was undergoing renovation; parking lot was taken by construction equipment and materials; one working elevator; rooms and furnishings a little dated; snack shop was set up for self-checkout but scanner was not working

This put a damper on our whole trip and the fact we were accused of making it up only made it worse.
Pros:

We’ve travelled a lot and this has never happened before: a maid took a garbage bag full of dirty clothes and either threw them away or stole them. When talking to the guy at the front desk he had the audacity to tell us we were making it up! That was at least $500 worth of clothing. We will never stay here again and will make sure none of our friends will stay here either. We give your hotel a big fat F.

Die Zufahrt zum NP ist wirklich sehr nah. In 10 Minuten erreicht man das belebte Stadttentrum.
Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind kostenlos!
