The staff was nice

Cons:

It was old and needed a face lift. Our toilet needed to be recaulked, no closet. Lacking counter space, AC was loud.

My HVAC unit was broke. It took three calls before they sent someone out and he couldn’t fix it. I had to deal with off and on heat and AC all night with a noise coming from it. My spouse ended up sick because he slept on that side. They didn’t even to give any sort of compensation. I was there for two nights and they had no other suites available.

It was close to where I was staying and the staff was helpful

Cons:

The room was so bad in quality, I left early and did not stay the second night. I HAVE CONTACTED BOOOKING'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK TO GET A REFUND!!!!!

I grew up in Annapolis and your location was close the everything I wanted to see and visit.

It was very frustrating. We had driven 4 hours.

Cons:

Check in was terrible. Our key card would not open the door. We went to desk and obtained another card. Still did not work. Waited for maintenance to come open the door which 15 minutes. He changed the battery but lost the screw. I requested another room. Front desk said they would get to it. I told her we had reservations and could not sit in a room we could not stay in. We did obtain another room. Check in took over an hour. Unacceptable from a Hilton hotel. Not sure I will book again

Coffee was good. Egg choices were nice. Nice eating area.

Cons:

Cold cereal choices were dreadful. Too few pillows on bed. Wifi sign-in too complicated and confusing. Had to use my own hot spot. Unpleasant.
