It was close to where I was staying and the staff was helpful

Cons:

The room was so bad in quality, I left early and did not stay the second night. I HAVE CONTACTED BOOOKING'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK TO GET A REFUND!!!!!

I grew up in Annapolis and your location was close the everything I wanted to see and visit.

It was very frustrating. We had driven 4 hours.

Location was good. Room was clean

Cons:

Check in was terrible. Our key card would not open the door. We went to desk and obtained another card. Still did not work. Waited for maintenance to come open the door which 15 minutes. He changed the battery but lost the screw. I requested another room. Front desk said they would get to it. I told her we had reservations and could not sit in a room we could not stay in. We did obtain another room. Check in took over an hour. Unacceptable from a Hilton hotel. Not sure I will book again

Decent, not at all special.
Pros:

Coffee was good. Egg choices were nice. Nice eating area.

Cons:

Cold cereal choices were dreadful. Too few pillows on bed. Wifi sign-in too complicated and confusing. Had to use my own hot spot. Unpleasant.

Nice hotel, excellent service. But to charge for parking at a remote location is riciculous.

Staff are kind and welcoming. Staff are very respectful.

Cons:

Asked for crib and received rollaway bed (not safe for a baby). Crib never came. Kitchen had no silverware or dish soap. Ran the dishwasher one time and it flooded the kitchen, soaking our shoes and suitcase by the door. Nobody could tell me if maintenance came so we couldn’t use it the entire week even after buying our own dish soap.

Lighting in room was bad need more lights. also walls ceilings needed painting. Bathroom needed exhaust. whole room needed to be cleaned fully
