La cama muy cómoda
Muy difícil la comunicación, no pudimos gestionar transporte desde el aeropuerto por no recibir respuesta.
La tranquilidad, comodidad y limpieza en la habitacion.

La atención del personal de recepción en especial un señor de tarjetero Cristian presta un servicio displicente no da información sobre los servicios del hotel cuando fuimos a utilizar el jacuzzi nos dijeron que era con reserva porque estaba ocupado fuimos a verificar y no era cierto además nunca dieron una alternativa de solución es tan así que regreso a Santiago y cambié de hotel por ese motivo. No lo recomendaría nunca.

La atención del personal es un poco deficiente
The hotel is in a nice location. There are some minimarts right across the street, and the Metro station is a few mins walk away, as is the Park that runs alongside the River. It is about a 20 minute walk to the San Cristobal Funicular, 30 mins to the Cathedral etc. There were views of the snow-capped mountain from our room. They provide an early starters breakfast which was handy as we had some very early Tours, but it was just a few bits left uncovered on a table by the lifts. The actual Breakfast service in the restaurant was again ok, but nothing special. Overall it was ok, but no more than that. We expected more from an NH in the centre of a city.
They only had 1 person on Reception, and it took us 30 minutes of queuing before we could get our key. We had booked a Suite, but it was disappointing. It didn't feel comfy at all, and we were quite thankful we were out on daytrips most days. On their website it shows a sofa in the Lounge, but we didn't have one. There was a walk in wardrobe which had no mirror, and no drawers to put anything in. The bedside tables had no drawers either. There was a huge space next to the bed which was weird. There were no Tissues in the bathroom, and the only bin was next to the Toilet. There was a glass bottle of water on arrival, but it never got refilled. There were 2 Tea bags which we had the first morning, and they were never replaced. There was no plug for either the sink or the bath. How can you have a bath without a plug ? The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable either.
