Lugar céntrico a todo, combina lo moderno con lo clásico y muy limpio

Cons:

La llave de la ducha estaba mal y goteaba toda la noche y madrugada sin que pudiéramos descansar por el ruido, un personal amable se acercó pero no pudo solucionarlo

Понравилась сама комната, у нас было 2 комнаты, обе большие. Отдельно гардеробная.
Расположение неплохое, не идеально, но достаточно удобно.
Хорошие завтраки. Можно заказать омлет. Есть нарезки, овощи, соленья. Вообщем завтрак хороший!

Cons:

1. При заселении с нас пытались взять налог (19%), который не оплачивают туристы, а оплачивают только жители Чили. Но сотрудник нас уверял, что любая дебетовая карта предполагает этот налог. Мы прочитали заранее, что это не так и просто обман. Пришлось заплатить наличными, с них налог не брали. Ещё сотрудник не мог или не хотел с нами говорить на английском.
2. В комнате было ужасно холодно, просто очень очень холодно! Кондиционер центральный и работал только на охлаждение, чтобы мы не делали. Мы очень замёрзли. На улице еще было похолодание до +5 ночью.
3. В нашем номере не работал сейф, мы сразу сказали на расепшен, на что нам ответили приходите завтра после 7 утра. Мы сходили повторно на следующий день и тут правда быстро пришёл сотрудник и сказал, что сейф не рабочий вообще и его надо поменять полностью. Поменял за 15 минут.
4. Согласно бцкинг выселение до 13 часов, на это время мы рассчитывали. Но начиная с 12 нам оборвали телефон, стали стучаться в двери. Сказали, что обычно у них выселение в 12, но надо же как-то в бронь смотреть, а не такую панику устраивать с 12:00
5. В номере есть кофемашина Nespresso и 2 капсулы в подарок. Но нет чайника. Т.е. можно только кофе пить, чай нельзя....

Great hotel with extra features
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful to facilitate my delayed and very late arrival. The shower was excellent with a ceiling hung rain shower head or you could use the regular wall mounted head. Buffet breakfast was great value. I also like that you could open the room windows and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

View was of other apartments was not ideal but not a huge problem.

Pros:

Café, quartos, localização excelentes.

Cons:

Atendimento da recepcionista no check in não foi cortês e houve disparada do alarme de incêndio no meu andar as 2 da manhã com indicação de evacuação, porém foi alarme falso e não houve necessidade de evacuação real só final.

Pros:

Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel. El desayuno súper rico. Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones perfectas para trabajar. Me volvería a quedar en este hotel en próximas oportunidades.
