Equipe pouco receptiva e nada simpática. Não responde e-mails e nem mensagem deixadas no Booking. Escolhi o hotel especialmente pela vista da cordilheira e deixei isso claro na reserva, mas, não fui atendida. Fiquei num andar baixo e oposto ao lado com vista para os Andes. Parte dos itens do café da manhã não é reposto com frequência. Os quartos que ainda não foram revitalizados estão encardidos (piso, colchões e a banheira, em especial, que não tivemos coragem de usar). Não há aquecimento de piso ou toalheiros e mesmo a temperatura ambiente do quarto não pode ser definida pelo hóspede de acordo com às suas preferências ou necessidades. Pode ser que os quartos já reformados tenham resolvido essas questões. Não foi o caso do quarto em que ficamos. O hotel não é ruim, mas, não corresponde ao apresentado no Booking e não oferece uma estadia 4 estrelas, como é a sua classificação.

Ocorreu uma necessidade de uma manutenção no banheiro e ajuste na temperatura no ar condicionado, mas de maneira imediata realizada por parte da equipe do Hotel.
Excellently placed in Santiago. A short walk from both Barrio Italia and Lastarria with plenty of places to eat and drink. Had no problem leaving bags and freshening up arriving at 8am after 30 hours of travel and setting straight off to sightsee. Can easily walk to San Cristobal Hill and La Chucasa, also metro and buses easy to navigate. Bed was big and comfortable, as was shower. With a great view of the Andes.
Could not get the internet to work on the TV, but hardly there to watch it. Were constantly changing towels despite messages saying about sustainability and us leaving hanging for re-use.
