Pobyt udany pod względem bez lokalizacji, jedzenia i basenów, jednak liczne niedociągnięcia obsługowe, kiepski snack bar

Przepyszne jedzenie.
Bardzo ładne baseny.

Cons:

Walka o leżaki. Za mało leżaków w stosunku do liczby gości i brak konsekwencji hotelu o niezajmowanie leżaków.
Brak wody w pokoju! Wiem, że można iść do restauracji i napełnić, ale ta woda jak nie była zimna to czuć było chlorem 🥵 Z gazowaną już nie było takich problemów.
Na rocznicę dostaliśmy wino i owoce, co było miłe, ale owoce oznaczały, że ktoś położył całe jablko, gruszkę, pomarańcza i banana i owinął folią spożywczą 🫣
Brak możliwości przygotowania śniadania lub lunchu na wynos jak chciało się jechać na wycieczkę.
Snackbar - tortilla to kurczak był jak podeszwa, a hamburger to bula i kotlet i to wszystko.
Toalety męskie przy basenie przez 3 dni zapchane i zalane moczem 🥵
Człowiek po 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu jednak spodziewa się czegoś więcej.

Pros:

The outdoor was really nice, lovely access to a beautiful beach.

Cons:

The hotel looks exactly like the photos, but the overall experience falls well short of a 5-star resort. It feels more like a 3 star hotel.

The biggest disappointment was the “all inclusive” package. Not including bottled water in a summer resort in Cyprus is difficult to understand, and the selection of included drinks is very limited.

Our room had several maintenance issues, including unreliable air conditioning, a broken toilet flush, and a baby cot that was heavily worn with ripped mesh, which was unacceptable.

The sunbed booking system is chaotic, and the service is inconsistent—some staff were excellent, while others were rude and unhelpful.

Overall, a decent hotel, but not one that delivers the standard or value expected from a 5-star all-inclusive resort.

Good, but not 1000euros for 4 nights good.
Pros:

Location is great - first line on the beach. Room was clean, spacious and luxurious (apart from the Wall TV).
The SPA staff was absolutely great - the highlight of our stay was working with the SPA team to satisfy our needs. All inclusive package - drink wise is also good value.

Cons:

Staff coordination was non-existent to say the least. Example - we wanted to rent out a pool cabana so we asked about it at the restaurant. They send us to reception, where the receptionist tells us pool cabanas are managed by the restaurant.
Food was also not 5star hotel level - it's fine, but nothing special.

Výborná a pestrá strava. Dobre dispozične riešený hotel, blízko pláže. Ústretový personál (viacero slovenských zamestnancov). K dispozícii lehátka pri bazénoch. Na pláži za poplatok.

Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Hotel entspricht grundsätzlich den Bildern: Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Auch die gesamte Anlage macht einen gepflegten und ansprechenden Eindruck. Besonders positiv ist die direkte Lage am Strand. Das Stadtzentrum mit Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in etwa 20–30 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Dennoch gab es einige Punkte, die nicht dem erwarteten Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels entsprechen:

Die Zimmerreinigung wurde einmal vergessen, ebenso das Bereitstellen frischer Handtücher. Nach telefonischer Anfrage dauerte es rund 20 Minuten, bis neue Handtücher gebracht wurden.
Im Bereich des Waschbeckens befindet sich Schimmel.
Der Föhn entspricht qualitativ nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels und benötigt sehr lange, um insbesondere dickes und langes Haar zu trocknen.
Im Zimmer waren weder eine Kaffeemaschine noch ein Bügeleisen vorhanden.
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht einwandfrei.
Am Strand stehen keine hoteleigenen Liegen oder Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung; diese müssen extern angemietet werden (ca. 10 Euro).

Auch der Empfang bei der Ankunft war wenig zufriedenstellend: Da wir vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit (15:00 Uhr) ankamen, konnten wir lediglich unser Gepäck abgeben, ohne weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Beim späteren Check-in wurden uns ebenfalls keine grundlegenden Informationen zum Hotel gegeben, wie beispielsweise Frühstückszeiten, Lage von Pool und Restaurant oder vorhandene Einrichtungen wie ein Fitnessraum.

Insgesamt hinterlässt der Aufenthalt daher einen gemischten Eindruck.
