It was very cold in the room. I had to complain 6 times!! with a baby and nothing happened. Their attitude was unacceptable for a 5* hotel… and they promised an extra blanket to the BABY what we never got!!!!!

Pros:

Vybavený hotel s vlastní hotelovou pláží - zátokou. Fitcentrum, Spa, 25m vnitřní bazén s vyhřívanou vodou otvírá tento hotel pro využití i v zimě. My byli v únoru. Velmi příjemný personál, zvláště Martin ze Slovenska na recepci, ale i další češi, slováci, poláci v barech, restauraci. Cítíte se úplně jako doma, na rozdíl od jiných hotelů na Kypru, kde jsme byli dřív. Dva dny zataženo - turistika. Jeden den jasno, plavky, venkovní bazény a bar venku. Měli jsme All inclusive, ale asi by stačila snídaně, vzhledem k tomu, že příště bychom si vzali kola z půjčovny a vyrazili na nich. Noční taxi na letiště v Larnace - 70 Euro.

Cons:

Architekt interiérů byl dozajista nějaký mladík na steroidech, který vymyslel systém ovládání úplně všeho na pokoji (noční režimy, ovládání závěsů, klimy atd.) pomocí titěrných ikonek špatně viditelných za světla na mini skleněných panelech.

Schöne Hotelanlage direkt am Meer. Das Essen, Frühstück und Abendessen, war sehr gut, das Buffet reichhaltig. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Badezimmer hatte diverse Mängel, verkalkte Dusche, Ablauf von Dusche und Waschbecken verstopft, es roch stark nach Abfluss und Kakerlaken. Die Betten hatten viel zu kleine Leintücher, so hatte man immer viele Falten. Ein Bett hatte keinen Matratzenschoner.

Po raz drugi-SUPER!
Pros:

To nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu, wszystko na plus, ciepły wewnętrzny basen(30C duży i ok 40C mały), jedzenie poprawne, ładna plaża, blisko sklepy, super miła obsługa na recepcji i w Spa(świetne masaze-Pan Grzegorz z Polski robi świetną robotę! -dziękuję!) Polecamy!

Понравилось расположение гостиницы к морю.

Cons:

Гостиница располагается в месте застройки вилл, так же гостиница вытянутой формы, от главного лифта до дальнего номера очень далеко идти, с чемоданом (даже с ручной кладью) проблематично катить по покрытию. Идти далеко каждый раз из номера в номер.
