Pros:

Great atmosphere, quiet music and a sense of relaxation & relief, room was amazing and very clean and tidy. The sense of value was very deep rooted, very calm energy. Service was great, exceeded my expectations. Amenities were also great with a lot to provide (masks, towels, headrests and much more.) The location was very quiet and isolated, great to relax away from the noise. My therapist, Gregory, offered an excellent treatment, and I would love to go every day if I could.

Comfortable, easy on the eye, a few things that really detracted from the overa experience.
Pros:

Amazing location by the beach and lots of local amenities. Hotel looks extremely luxurious and modern and lots of space with large rooms.

Cons:

-COCKROACHES
-ERRATIC QUALITY OF FOOD, OFTEN SEEMED POOR QUALITY/CHEAP, BUT LOTS OF IT
- POOR DESSERTS A THEME THROUGHOUT
- SELECTION OF ALCOHOL INCLUDED IN THE ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE WAS LIMITED, NON-BRANDED, ONLY 1 or 2 CLASSIC COCKTAILS

I stayed with a group of 3 friends, 2 rooms. Unfortunately, on the first night my friends in the other room encountered a cockroach in the bathroom. The thought of continuing to stay in a room with cockroaches was a bit much. Hotel staff agreed to switch rooms, which was nice, but the interactions with the staff members were cold and they were definitely aggressive with their communication and body language from here on out. I am disappointed to say that unfortunately on the last night of the stay, the same friends found another cockroach in the second room as well.

Positives are that the hotel looks beautiful, has lots of space, the rooms are large, we had a lovely view of the beach. Rooms are comfortable and the various lounge spaces are also very comfortable and relaxing. Finally, the location of the hotel is exceptional. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to a local street with plentiful souvenir vendors. 10 minute walk to the main strip where there is a vibrant night life.

Have to say, all of the best meals we had on our stay were outside of the hotel as the quality of the food available in the hotel was not in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the place.

The hotel is perfect. The staff at the reception was not helpful. Also some of the staff at the restaurant.
Pros:

One of the best hotels in Ayia Napa due to its location. Good rooms, we had an all-inclusive package. The food was good.

Cons:

I did not like the check-in time at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. I have been to many places and the service was not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 08:00 in the morning. I offered to pay extra to be allowed into the room but was refused. At 15:30 they checked me in, not the one I had booked. I asked to change and wait for the room I had booked. They changed me and gave me a room where the TV did not work. They also did not let us in for breakfast before checking in. The staff is very unprofessional, especially at the reception, they treat you as if you owe them something. There is an old man in the restaurant and he started arguing with us and wouldn't let us take our things until a woman intervened. Thank you to him. I wanted to continue and I didn't continue and went to Larnaca.🤨
