Really disappointed with the price you pay. Location was dead in the worst part of the CBD watched fights breakout and people get arrested right outside the hotel… Had an elevator broken for most of our stay and spent a good 5-10 minutes waiting for the elevator to pick us up. The room itself was alright except housekeeping did the worst bedmaking and tidy I have ever seen. Could hear everything in rooms next door with an entire party happening next to us until 2am. Breakfast was also disappointing. Anyway was a place to stay and probably learnt my lesson, wont stay again at an Oaks hotel.

Upon arrival for check in we were waiting outside for 45mins because the manager wasn't in foyer and we were outside in the cold and it was 1am
