Pros:

Staff were amazing accommodating my brother whom I booked on behalf of, He had an excellent night out and a comfy stay overnight! Would stay again!

Pros:

Big spacious room. Stones throw to Te Papa and city central. Lovely staff. Soo amaazing from start to finish

Cons:

Internal room. Lucky I wasnt in much!! But next time, forgot the importance of natural light lol

Superb
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel....very welcoming and helpful reception staff, nice modern room and bathroom, comfy bed and quiet. The food at their restaurant (Oak and Vine) was superb, both dinner and breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
