Super, modern hotel in a great location, highly recommended
Pros:

Great location, modern hotel with generous room size. Within walking distance of the city centre but located in a nice quiet area. Staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the views from the bar on the 16th floor. Given the high quality of the hotel, it was good value for money.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio y buena ubicación
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado y conectado por metro, en un edificio moderno, con buenas vistas. Habitaciones muy amplias para ser Japón. Descanso sin ruidos y con buena climatización. Ducha amplia, buenos cosméticos. Desayuno correcto (aunque muy flojo el café) y bastante variado.

Cons:

El personal era correcto pero un poco seco en el trato. El desayuno es variado, pero más allá de tres noches creo que se puede hacer repetitivo. Es un poco latoso tener que tomar dos ascensores, uno hasta recepción y otro desde allí a la habitación, dada la situación del hotel en los pisos superiores del edificio.

Pros:

日本初お寺（南御堂）の山門と一体化して建てられたホテルだったので　　朝の7:30に鳴り響くお寺の鐘が又良かった　さらに部屋から少しだけ三ツ鳥居の神社も見ることができ部屋の指定をして良かったです

若干フロント流れ作業感が気になりました

Hotel de alta calidad a un precio muy razonable. Todo limpio e impecable y muy cómodo.
Ubicado en la zona de oficinas está relativamente cerca de dotonbori, a unos 10 minutos en metro.

Excellent and helpful staff. They helped us use Yamato Transport to send bags to our next location. Lovely rooms and lounge with a view, generous breakfast buffet
