Huge room, clean hotel, but wifi issues
Pros:

Huge room, biggest I've stayed in while in Japan. Has 2 coin operated laundry rooms; there's a queue in the evening, but this is a great thing to have. Breakfast was pretty good. Great view from the room, clean and well decorated, lovely huge bath/shower room with separate toilet. Convenient location, very close to a metro stop and a few restaurants nearby. Nice aircon, essential in the summer.

Cons:

The wifi was so bad as to be basically unusable at times (as in, it quite literally could not be used). It just slowed to a crawl a few seconds after you did anything, seemed like some kind of hyper aggressive throttling. In other reviews no one else seems to mention this so maybe I just got unlucky and they were having temporary issues while I was there. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary with it, just watching Youtube and chatting.
Also, this place is a little expensive, it may or may not be worth it to you for the bigger room and nicer fixtures. If the wifi works usually then it's probably worth it, but there are certainly cheaper and better located hotels in Osaka.

値段からしてはお得感には少し欠けるかもと。
Pros:

清潔感があり部屋もベッドもアメニティとかも良かった

思ったより朝食が華やかそうに見えてるが内容が乏しい

For my less-than-48-hour stay, the Hotel gave me what I needed.
Pros:

Room size and hotel location was what I expected. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

1) Towels could have been newer and fluffier,
2) Odd shaped sofa bed in the room was not useful.
3) Having to go up to the 16th F and then down to my room on another elevator was a bit inconvenient.

Good value
Pros:

Had a good location. Was comfortable and clean. Also allowed a third bed to a room. Good quality breakfast - but very Japanese.

Cons:

Lift to reception and then a further lift to the rooms. Weird room layout in the double rooms.
