The set up of the property was very nice. We liked house we entered our room from outside. And they upgraded us!
We stayed Sunday to Thursday and didn’t receive any room service.
I've stayed here many times and love the suites. Rooms are extremely comfortable and well equipped. Location is on the river with restaurants near by. Planes go overhead but you rarely hear them. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING. The spa is a weak spot. It's either broken or filthy. Paint is flaking off the walkways outside the pool. Cobwebs hang from outdoor lighting. Pet and parking fee are excessive.
The hotel staff was amazing in all staff positions. The size of the room was perfect for us and loved how dog friendly it was. The location was close to many places to eat and a short walk to the waterfront. Easy to get to downtown Vancouver or jump on a highway to get to Portland. The breakfast was the one thing that stood out. It had a variety of options, well maintained and tasted amazing. Grounds of the property were well groomed.
The hotel was short staffed in housekeeping which added an hour delay getting checked in because the room was not ready. We were offered something from the Suite shop as a consolation for not being checked in quickly. The pool and hot tub were being maintained all 3 days we were there and saw no one working on them nor did the staff make us aware it was unavailable. Bummer, since one of the reasons I choose this hotel was because it had a hot tub. The bed was harder than expected and the pillows were tiny. The furniture was functional over substance. Not a comfortable chair to sit in located in any room. For the price, I was expecting a bit more comfort over just a place to land. The carpet in the elevators looks awful like a cheap motel. The water pressure was not great and took a long time to get hot water. We made the best out of what was offered.
部屋がゆったりして設備もよかった。また川にも近くゆっくりできた。
空港から思った以上に遠く、周りにレストランがあるのは助かったが、町に出るのは大変。車のない人にはにか大変。
The convenient location to the highway and many restaurants
The location and the staff. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. DoorDash service did not take long.
1. Why charge for parking?
2. Pet fee is exorbitant.
3. Our room was near the basketball court and the thump thump of basketball even at night disrupted sleep.
Couldn’t stay there because the power was out and they couldn’t let us stay
There was not any resolution because they had no internet…. We were very much in a scrabble for lodging and there was no help for a resolution.
The location was perfect for visiting family.
The weather!
Suite was spacious and bed super comfortable. Liked being able to walk to trail along the river.
Room was nice, however, they are remodeling the hotel and there are many things not working, including the elevator in building 2 and also the hot tub. Also, the hallways and common areas in the back buildings are dingy and dirty while they remodel. I paid $160 a night and overall expected a nice hotel from Hilton, but got a mixture of good and bad.
The bathroom door handle was not functioning properly and they do not offer nightly replacing of towels . We picked up towels at front desk .
