Simplesmente espetacular
Pros:

Amamos a localização e sobre o quarto, super confortável, área para trabalho, varanda, tudo maravilhoso. O staff atencioso, café da manhã diversificado. Adoramos tanto que voltamos na semana seguinte

Nunca mais Mercure Pamplona. Estou insegura agora para fazer minhas reservas pelo Booking.

Não gostei de nada porque eles cancelaram minha reserva na hora que eu cheguei no hotel.

Claro que vou contar! Nunca aconteceu isso comigo pelo Booking e eu tenho usado muito, muito o aplicativo para reservar meus hotéis. Em janeiro euestive em Portugal e Espanha, tudo pelo booking e foi ótimo. Depois estive em Uberlândia e São Paulo e foi ótimo. Mas, quero fazer uma reclamação muito significativa do Mercure Pamplona: eu fiz o checkin online na sexta porque eu sabia que chegaria em São Paulo no início da noite de sábado. Quando cheguei no hotel, qual não foi minha surpresa porque eles tinham cancelado minha reserva porque o hotel estava lotado. Imaginem uma mulher de 73 anos de idade, chegando sozinha em São Paulo, depois de dirigir 300km e não ter o lugar reservado para ficar. Foi muito, muito desagradável. Nunca vi isso acontecer com o booking.
Eles me deslocaram para outro Mercure, (Mercure Plaza Paulista) onde fui muito bem atendida. Mas passei um stress desnecessário, ainda mais pagando uma taxa alta no hotel. Também falaram que iriam manter o mesmo preço, mas a diária foi mais cara, só que nessas alturas, eu não queria mais discutir, só queria um lugar garantido para eu ficar em São Paulo.
Agora já tenho uma reserva pelo Booking para Amsterdam, onde vou viajar em julho com minha neta, e até já paguei as diárias para não acontecer o que me aconteceu em São Paulo. Fiquei totalmente insegura de viajar e fazer minhas reservas porque posso chegar em uma cidade e até outro país e não ter lugar para ficar. Acho que seria bom vocês verificarem isso.
No hotel alegaram que enviaram uma mensagem às 16h pelo booking, mas como eu ia ler se estava dirigindo. E como a regra é pagar quando chego no hotel, não vou ficar olhando o tempo todo para o aplicativo para ver se tem mensagem.
Passei muito mal com esse acontecimento e o que poderia ter sido um passeio tranquilo, foi um pesadelo.
