Clean and cozy hotel. The staff is friendly and quick to help if you need anything. The pool is very comfortable, the water is warm, and the view is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at the Marina Del Ray hotel. My room was STUNNING with a beautiful marina view. I was informed by the front desk it was a recently renovated room and I was very impressed. The pool and outdoor area was lovely and provided great marina views. Marlee at the front desk was very kind, gracious, and made my checkout process a breeze.
The breakfast was very tasty (albeit a bit pricey) and it was nice to eat outside by the water. Overall a great stay and would love to return.

Awesome location. Great food. The US$ 57 a night for valet parking bc the hotel is not willing to invest into a smart parking system is outrages!

We had a marina view room and the view was gorgeous day and night. Rooms are kept clean and the staff could not be any nicer. We walked a lot in the marina basin and town and felt very safe. The pool and the bar are excellent. Definitely coming back.

The stay was really nice, calm location but near all the areas to be. All the staff was super friendly, but who really stood out was the Valet Team.
Especially Jack and Nick really always had a warm welcome ready when we came back from shopping, gave some amazing insider tips where to grab lunch or where to shop. These guys are incredible!

I liked my room . I like the pool open till 10. Great healthy breakfast options, friendly staff.

Location of hotel was convenient for our plans and we appreciated the ability to walk to decent coffee. We enjoyed having a patio but it would have been better if we didn't have to deal with views and sounds of the hotel's delivery area and garbage collection site. The poolside vibes were decent, though we only had a snack by the pool and didn't use it at all.

Beautiful pool area and the location on the Marina was delightful. The hotel lounge had a nice acoustic guitar/ singer and we enjoyed complimentary drink.

The hotel was in a convenient location; however, the room was dirty, shabby, and clearly in need of refurbishment. I was also unable to sleep properly because the television appeared to have a fault, causing it to emit a bright glow throughout the night.

The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the closure of the swimming pool. One of the primary reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a pool, as I wanted somewhere to relax during a layover before continuing my journey to Hawaii. Upon arrival, I discovered that the pool had been closed and made unavailable to guests because it had been rented out for private filming.

The pool was not closed due to unforeseen maintenance or a safety issue, but rather to accommodate a private tv filming arrangement. Paying guests should not be deprived of prominently advertised facilities for the hotel's commercial benefit without prior disclosure or appropriate compensation.

Had I been informed of this before booking, I would have chosen alternative accommodation. The pool was a material factor in my decision to stay at this property, and its unavailability significantly reduced the value of the accommodation I received.

What I found particularly unacceptable was the lack of any apology, advance notice, or compensation. Taking everything into account, I feel this stay represented poor value for money, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

This is a great hotel. I had an excellent experience. The room was very nice and then bed was comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was lovely and very helpful. I loved the view of the marina outside my room and they have a 12pm checkout which is so lovely and generous and made a world of difference for my stay. 10/10 will def come back again.

View from balcony was fantastic. Shower supplies smelled great! Valet was amazing. Rob and Jose were very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Very polite and respectful.
