Good hotel in heart of Marina del Rey
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel (we were there at start and end of our holiday). Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Location is good as right in the heart of the Marina - lots of good walks by the sea close by. Also close to Venice / Venice Beach - 5/10 mins by Uber or an easy bike ride - the hotel has bikes for hire. We were really lucky that we got complimentary hires as there was a bit of disruption in the hotel on the day (smoke detector testing) and managed to cycle to Santa Monica and back on very good cycle route.

The pool and jacuzzi were very good, and also a nice bar with terrace looking out to the Marina.

Cons:

There are no rates including breakfast. There is a small coffee shop at the hotel with a small selection of pastries - but there are other breakfast options close by - Alfred Cafe is good.

There is a car park but is Valet Parking only - so a charge for this plus tips.

Fint och mysigt mindre hotell med lugnt läge
Pros:

Ett bra hotell med ett lugnt läge då det inte ligger direkt vid en trafikerad väg. Rent och välstädade rum med en balkong som är ett stort plus. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fick mycket snabbt levererat det som vi efterfrågade vilket vi uppskattade. Gick smidigt att ta sig till och från flygplatsen. Parkering en aningen dyr vid hotellet då det är endast valet parking. Men det finns en stor allmän parkering inte långt därifrån. Endast 5 dollar/24h. Men det finns vissa restriktioner så läs dem noga.

Cons:

Hotellet är slitet och skulle behöva en hel del uppfräschning och därav inte riktigt värt det höga priset. Sängarna var skrangliga och ibland var man lite rädd att de skulle trilla ihop. Det är ett hundvänligt hotell där de även tillåter hundar vid poolområdet på solsängarna i soffor vid baren mm. Inte så fräscht då man hade hundhår som fastnade överallt. Därav vågade vi heller inte äta på hotellet då min dotter är allergisk mot pälsdjur. Missade att kolla upp detta helt. Reagerade även på att det skulle vara ett rökfritt hotell även mot vaping. Det var folk vid poolområdet som satt och vapade utan att personal sa till. Fast de såg det.

Beautiful stay
Pros:

Beautiful location on the Marina. Restaurant on site was great. Easy to uber everywhere from the hotel. Lovely pool area. We walked from the hotel to Venice Beach and then down to Santa Monica.
