I'll never go there again..
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Everything. It was dirty it had bugs and mold every time I was in the facility I was stuffed up and runny nose.

Place needs to be shut down. Was your days in 1301 town Vancouver.

I did not like anything

Cons:

didn’t like the fact that the main person for check-in took more money than what I already paid for the carpets in the building. Buildings were ripped out and I chipped over it. The first room he put me in. You couldn’t even open the door without pushing on it too hard. The room was dirty. Lampshades were broken. Dressers were broken beds were broken. The beds were dirty. Bathrooms were dirty.

The second room, he put me in on the way to the second floor. There was a hole in the ground. The ceiling towels were off. There was mold on the roof and the walls from water damage. The door to that room was broken. You go in and there’s cum stains on the blanket the bathroom tile was broken. The sink was broken. The light fixtures were broken. Dresser were broken, everything was broken and discussing there’s tweakers all over the place, people smoking weed in the hallway and met pipe.

I check in and then immediately asked for a refunded.

Pros:

the woman at the front desk tried to be nice & helpful but kept getting distracted by other people with problems

Cons:

overall condition of the property was in need of repairs and upgrades, security seemed lax (wide open side door), and worst of all I was very tired upon arrival but there was much confusion at check in (was sent to the wrong room, then given a key that didn't work and the woman at the front desk was being distracted with other issues)

Will try again next time.
Pros:

We didnt end up staying here we booked this to be close to my sister for the 4th so no one drank and drove and we had all the littles and specifically wanted a pool. The first sign we saw when we arrived was the the pool was closed. But the manager was really cool about it and approved the refund and helped me find another hotel.

Cons:

The pool being closed. I would have been happy to stay here but it was hot I had kids they wanted to swim that was the point. Maybe next time!

Pros:

The staff are extremely condescending and rude. Especially the heavier set white lady at night.

Cons:

The room was dirty and smelled
Like old clothes, stains all over the carpet. The queen bed was tiny and felt like a full bed…. The bathroom was gross and moldy. They give you two towels and one wash cloth only. For $110 and $200 deposit was not worth it at all.

Had to ask staff to stop speaking to a friend about nonsense to check in. Pillows were flat and only two. Shower was hard to regulate. Only one side of bed had an end table so charging phone was across the room. They had Direct TV but it was not even hooked up in our room so entertainment was limited to our own phones.

Terrible
Cons:

Offered a crib and was requested for stay. Did not provide once arrived for the night. Offered a late check out for additional charge, I accepted that offer then was pushed out of room a few minutes after normal check out time. Attempted to call front desk numerous times during night and morning hours. No answer everytime. Dog barking in adjacent room for an hour at 2 am. Won’t be coming back.
