evrything, nothing is working in the hotel room and still didn't stay for less than an hour and still charged me for a night, which I believe it's steing people's money.

So bad , there was fruit flies the room was non smoking and smelled like straight up cigarettes, the bed omg you could actually feel the wires and the couch area jeez the found literally went down as and there was a red wine stain and not to mention a blood stain on the side of bed we could not stay even for 10 minutes would completely never recommend

My stay was fine my issue is that I always leave my room clean I even strip the bed and pillows to save them time I bag all my trash and tie off the bags so when I leave I ask about my $200 deposit and she tells me she's loading it back on my card then so I leave after a week goes by I go in to ask about it again cuz I never received it to find out that house keeping took all my trash apart put it in the table and counters and took picks claiming I smoked in the room so I don't smoke in the room but I do keep my butts in my pocket thru the day to clean out and put in the trash I even bring my trash out my car to dispose of just cuz my trash has butts in it don't mean I smoked in the room and why they tear open the trash bags to stage a room to keep my $200 is wrong and total defamation of my character so I'll try one more time to get my deposit back or take them to court for more than just my deposit

I stayed 14 days and on the 12th and 13th days, cigarette smoke was in the bathroom, probably from the air vent passing from another room despite the smoking ban for guests. The smoke then entered the bedroom.

One of the enter light it’s not work and the room smell horrible. It smell like tobacco or cigarette inside.

The fact that a male tried to break into my room around 2:00 a.m. and when I started freaking out because my mother and my son were sleeping inside room. The staff and the owner threw me out instead of trying to help me and get him away from my room. Thankfully the police came heard the story watch the videos or whatever it was and made them let me back in, not that I wanted to stay. Save your money pay the 10-20 more to stay anywhere else this place is not safe and it is absolutely disgusting inside there was blood cat hair and people hair in my bed, mold in the bathroom.
The staff was awful the owner was worse. Just all around never again.

Hotel needs to be fully renovated. Wall paper peeling off the walls. Carpet missing. Trim pulling off the walls. Mold in the hallway and bathroom. Pool was being repaired but no notes on the website or at the front desk. I found out by asking what the pool hours where and then told after checking in that it was out of service. The pool was the sole reason we booked here. The toilet in room 201 was broke. The flapper in the tank doesnt close all the way so the toilet ran all night. We had to get 2 room bc of how many kids we have and we had the oldest 2 stay in that room. They didn't know that was a problem and didnt tell us until we went to check out. Their dad lifted the tank lid and fixed it. But it will only happen again once the toilet is flushed. The telephone in that room also doesn't work properly. We picked it up to call the front desk and there was no dial tone or any noise at all. When I walked down to the front desk she said she could use us. Which is weird bc I couldn't hear her. Room 231 does not have a smoke alarm nor does it have the plaque of the room number. We will not be back. Wish we would have stayed across the st at the best western. I took more pictures but i can only add 4 of them.
