Room is just "to sleep"; electricity extensions ; noisy (when in bed, people talking in the hallway were like standing next to my bed); shower door did not close; "balcony" giving out on a wall.

Pros:

The location is right in the touristy area of Borjomi. The bedroom was clean and the staff was very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely book it again if we ever come back.

Cons:

Right before we were leaving, we stopped having water in our room. Lucky we'd already showered.

Pros:

We had a lovely balcony overlooking the street, river, waterfall and mountain. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Parking is very limited and is parallel street parking only. One staff member put his own car in a spot to reserve a parking space for us when we arrived a little later. How thoughtful, thank you!

Cons:

The loft for the family room is a ladder to get into the loft. Our kids thought it was fun but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that has trouble climbing.

Всё хорошо, чисто, но стены грязные, что портит общее впечатление о чистоте. Все, что нужно в номере есть. Были всего одну ночь. Завтраки отличные. Очень много всего.

Cons:

Наш номер как в пещере. За окном скала. Так что солнце не проходит. Полы холодные, но отель предоставляет тапочки.

Прекрасная гостиница, на все запросы отвечали быстро и радушно. Есть своя парковка, которую мы заранее запросили. Ооочень приветливые положительные люди, прекрасное местоположение. Завтраки - правда очень хорошие! Очень рекомендуем!
