ich wählte ein Zimmer mit Balkon nach hinten, in die grüne Hanglage, weil es viel ruhiger war als vorne hinaus. Es gibt es selten, dass das gesammte Personal äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Das hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Ganz grosses Lob. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gemacht, grosszügig und sehr gut. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Und die Fliegenschutztür war intakt. Danke für diese schöne Zeit.
jammern auf hohem Niveau: ich würd die Minibar-Karte erneuern und aktualisieren und den Anhänger "do not disturb" auch, abgegriffen.

Great location
There is no hotel parking, just street parking. When it's full, it's full
location, standard , service, breakfast (nice restaurant outside area)

There’s no elevator and we were in the 4th floor. Normally not a big deal, but we happened to have very large, heavy suitcases.
Location is absolutely perfect, very close to the Borjomi park. Hotel is very clean, and it’s handy to have a dedicated parking spot. I also liked the balcony. Bed was comfortable.
Room is very small and minimalistic. Shower is under equipped, no shelve in the shower, and water escapes to the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast is very average: no toaster, only instant coffee.
