Decent location.
I stayed in a balcony room. It was hard to enjoy the balcony. It looked out to the corrugated metal rooftops of souvenir vendors. Even worse, there is a cafe next door that blasts American RnB and rap for most of the day. It was hard to enjoy the balcony.
The doors were very thin, you could hear what was happening in the hallway.
There was no way to adjust the heat. I went downstairs and asked if the heat could be turned down and the man said yes, but it didn’t make much difference. I could open the balcony door at night, but during the day the music was too loud.
There was no coffee machine, only instant coffee.
Overpriced for the off season (80$/night)

Breakfast was very basic
The staff is outstanding — such a high level of service is rare in Georgia, even in chain hotels. The room cleanliness is perfect, with daily housekeeping that feels like checking into a brand new room every time. The breakfasts are very tasty, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location is almost inside Borjomi Park.
No need for many words — highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay. If you come to Borjomi, this is the place to stay!

My mother and I are very satisfied with the 5 nights we spent at your hotel. We liked the location, it is close to the central park. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied, designed for all guests.
The rooms are small and clean. The hotel has free internet.
There is no elevator in the hotel, which, in my opinion, should definitely be taken into account, since it should be designed for all categories of vacationers. It would be better if dinner was included in this price, because eating in a restaurant is very expensive.
