The location was decent, pretty quiet area and fairly close to everything we needed to be near. It was near a few very nice places to eat, and the Mexican restaurant up the street is fabulous.
It is very very worn and dated. There is no elevator, which I was not aware of before we arrived.

The only thing that was nice about the property was that it was in Havasu and right by the water. The rooms were somewhat clean enough but extremely outdated.
First of all, as soon as you walk in, the lobby smelled like curry and other strong odors. We booked through this site and then got yelled at and told we needed a $300 deposit because it was spring break despite that. The owner tried to take advantage of the fact that we were from out of town and seemed naive which we luckily were not. We eventually worked that out and got the room, after dealing with his attitude and him demanding that he see all of our id’s. We got to the room and it was on the lower floor facing the street. The window which faced the street had no screen or cover and opened directly outside. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were old and lacked fluff, and the floor was dirty. The “amenities” such as the soap felt like plastic and the towels had stains all over. Then we went to visit the indoor pool which had signs all over that said it closed at 11. Despite this, the lights turned off on us around 10:40, we assumed it was some sort of power issue or something and nobody came to tell us anything so we stayed in the pool room. Then around 10:50 the same guy that had been yelling at us prior comes down the hall way and stares us down through the window and shook his head. Then he came in there with us and yelled at us more, saying we were ignorant and we needed to leave. he just kept saying that the lights off means it was closed even though all the signs said otherwise and he didn’t bother to tell us until 10:50. Then while trying to get back into our room the key card wouldn’t work, (you have to return them or pay a fee because they reuse them) and he was insisting that it was because we got them wet and when we said we kept them dry he called us liars and didn’t want to give out a working key card but eventually gave it to us. In the room when going to sleep we could hear screams throughout the hotel all night, one of the lights on the nightstand completely went out, and plugs barely stayed in the outlets.

The price of the room
The internet didn't work and after I went to the front desk the desk clerk "logged me in" but it didn't work then either. I had NO internet for the whole time I was there. Floors were dirty enough that walking barefoot on them left soles of feet black. The patio was nice but the door had no lock and so they put a bar in to block the sliding glass door. The screen door came of its slide constantly so I had to fight with it just to go sit in the patio in the mornings. Breakfast was simply yogurt and cereal and coffee.
Location, price
Outdated, not maintained. WiFi not easily accessible, cleaning staff did the very minimal and didn’t replenish coffee or towels.
Electric outlets were non functional and no USB ports were installed
Great location , have stayed here before with better results.
Breakfast often had no fruit offerings .Notice says breakfast continental is from 7- 10 a.m. but at seven many mornings all there was available was milk and choice of 3 cereals.no banana.no apple. One morning there was one Orange. Finally , I have stayed here 3 different times and this last time I had to change my room because my room had bed bugs and I have the bites and pictures to show for it.Very unpleasant. Needless to say I wonder booking here again but I have had in the past better experiences here at Roadway Inn.
The man was rude he didn't give me my receipt till I checked out
