Cons:

The whole experience was underwhelming. This hotel is very outdated, the front desk staff was not welcoming and helpful! The room had the smallest bathroom ever! The room had an odor, like cigarette smoke covered up with perfume. The Wi-Fi could not be easily accessed. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

The room had the paint/wallpaper torn off the wall, there were dried boogers on the bathroom wall, there was what seemed to be blue or green paint on the bed sheets, while swimming the front desk guy kept looking into the windows staring at us while in the pool on different occasions, the breakfast /coffee experience was a joke, no creamer except hazelnut, decaf in the rooms, the cereal bins have bot been cleaned it had 3 different cereals in one of the bins, the sliding door handle was broke in our room, mattresses where so uncomfortable and old, the pillows were terrible, the list goes on , will not recommend to others, oh and the front desk acted like we were bothering them upon checking in

Very run down - outlets coming off walls- toilet hinge broken and filthy- hall door to parking lot not latching, wrapped with tape and does not lock. Anyone could come in.

Fun Weekend in Havasu!
Pros:

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this location. The lake view room with the balcony is so nice to relax and watch the sunset. The pool and spa are also enjoyable after a day on the lake.

Cons:

They need to upgrade there pillows.
