Pros:

Shuttle from the airport provided although it took 25 mins to arrive. Also if you are going on a cruise they also have a shuttle to the cruise port. That is the reason I chose them.

Cons:

The curtain on the window was electric so I could not raise it. I think it was broke. Long time waiting for shuttle to pick us up from the airport but it was a free service so still really convenient. Also, no bottle of water in the room. Had to pay extra to get water. You'd think for the price they charge they'd at least give you a water.

Excellent stay!!
Pros:

This hotel was just perfect for our stay before leaving on a cruise the next day. We had free shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise terminal the next day!! The room was beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing! Not to mention the restaurant next to the hotel was very good! All in all a great stay and if we leave on a cruise out of Tampa again, we will definitely stay here!! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Overall it was just average, but the people working there were very nice and helpful.

Hotel is a good choice for airport hotel for Tampa International
Pros:

The airport shuttle is very good - well organized, efficient, clean. The morning shuttle driver dropped me and and another rider off at the rental car area, which was deeply appreciated. The facility seems new and everything is fresh and up to date. The breakfast was consistent with the hotel brand and done well. The hotel was able to hold my luggage in a secure closet while I went to get my rental car after checkout. Staff helpful and professional.
