3 nachten voor citytrip.
Pros:

Prima hotel, letterlijk in het centrum. Helaas geen bar in hotel, daarvoor moet je naar buiten. En daar zijn kroegen voldoende. Ontbijtfaciliteiten zijn goed en voldoende. Meer dan voldoende.

Parkeren kan bij hotel, is gek genoeg enig onderbelicht. Dus voor toekomstige gasten, zoek contact met hotel en vraag ernaar. Hotel heeft een eigen parkeergarage. Deze is niet gratis, maar wel goedkoper dan reguliere parkeergarages (die ook nabij zijn).

Kamer wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt, idem met schone handdoeken. Heel netjes, kamer en badkamer was ook goed schoon.

Cons:

Faciliteiten op kamer. Iets om koffie of thee op lamer te zetten is niet beschikbaar. Verbaasde me. En als dit niet op kamer is, dan verwacht cq hoop ik dit in hotel te kunnen vinden.

Hotel is (als je voor eerste keer komt) enigzins een doolhof, maar dat went vlot.

Bij uitchecken werd kaart ingenomen en prettige dag gewenst. Fijn om te horen, maar intresse hoe ik het heb gehad en of er verbeterpunten zijn was blijkbaar geen intresse in. En dat vind ik dan weer bijzonder.

Prima hotel maar veel overlast van rumoerige straat/buurt
Pros:

Kamer was netjes en OK, personeel behulpzaam

Cons:

Enorm warm in de kamer, en met raam open geen oog dichtgedaan vanwege enorme herrie door de straat / uitgaansbuurt

Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit vor allem immer wieder sehr aufmerksamen Service. Ich habe nun schon mehrfach hier übernachtet und komme gerne wieder. Zimmer sind sauber, Personal unglaublich freundlich, Lage super und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut top. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Messe Besuch in Köln
Pros:

Das Personal, besonders an der Rezeption, ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, besonders das Rührei. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Wer gerne Latte Macciato trinkt, der ist besonders köstlich. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Rewe, sollte man etwas vergessen haben, die Bushaltestelle ist Fußläufig, es gibt Cafés und Restaurants.

Cons:

Die Treppen. Wenn man nicht so gut laufen kann. Aber wenn man diese geschafft hat hilft der Aufzug die letzten Meter. Das ist eher eine Info für Rollstuhl Fahrer oder Menschen mit Rollator etc.

Lage , Personal , Sauberkeit , sehr zweckmäßige Ausstattung - der Preis natürlich den Computerspielen geschuldet zu hoch , zumal wir nicht wegen der Spiele in Köln waren.
