Super Hotel, perfekte Lage, wenn man Dresden erkunden möchte.
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren erleichtert, dass bei den heißen Temperaturen eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden war! Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht angenommen, haben aber von anderen Gästen gehört, dass es sehr gut sein soll.

Cons:

Schade, dass das Frühstück nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten war.

Das Hotel war unter der alten Leitung um Welten besser.
Cons:

Frühstück war mäßig für 28€ pro Person. Gerade am Wochenende ging nicht mehr viel. Alles aus.
Nur jeden 2. Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, also bei 4 Übernachtungen nur 1x . Alles andere auf Sparflamme. Leitungswasser als Getränk am Zimmer. Kaffeekapseln muss man ab 4 Stück kaufen für 2€ pro Stück.

Hotel je luxusní, klidný, skvěle položený, ráda doporučuji.
Pros:

Plně dostačující, chybělo mi pouze něco sladkého - buchty, bábovka či jiné dobroty ke kávě.

Cons:

Příjem na recepci ve vedlejší budově komplikovaný, recepce stabilně neobsazená, museli jsme čekat 15 minut na recepční, než přijde z druhé budovy.

Mäßige Personal Performance in einem sehr schönen Hotel

Das ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sehr geschmackvollen, gediegenen Einrichtung. Das Frühstück ist sensationell.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten, da sich um zwei Hotels handelt, mussten wir erst zwischen beiden hin und her pendeln, um dann mit deutlicher Verspätung einchecken zu dürfen. Wir waren zwei Familien, bei Ankunft in unseren Zimmern war das Gepäck vertauscht. bei unserer nächtlichen Rückkehr in das Hotel mussten wir erst eine Telefonnummer wählen, damit uns geöffnet wurde ; mehrere Kleinigkeiten summierten sich zu einem Eindruck eines sehr mittelmäßigen Servicegedankens.

La posizione centrale nella meravigliosa Dresda! L'hotel silenzioso e tranquillo. Camera molto bella, ogni cosa pensata per il comfort del cliente. Colazione eccezionale con prodotti di ottima qualità, il servizio è impeccabile. Complimenti per la professionalità della signora nella reception che ha parlato con noi in italiano. Grazie per aver cercato di soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e rispondere a ogni domanda. Ci ritorneremo senza dubbio.
