Booked from Booking.com, Despite of confirmation of booking from the hotel staff on call, after reaching at 11:30 PM in night at the property, the staff said rooms not available.

For next 4 hours we spent the night on road and customer service has only one answer - " they will mail the hotel in 48 hours and will the response "

Due to this, my further planned hotels got delayed and cancelled and After 48 hours cancellation fee will be charge.
